I came in a few weeks ago with a friend and had a less than satisfactory experience. Our server was rude, inattentive, and extremely slow. After waiting for twenty minutes I finally flagged down another server to get our check. I assumed the server was having a bad day. I returned tonight with my husband for our anniversary dinner. We waited less than 10 minutes for a table at 6pm on a Saturday night, which we thought was great. We were sat at a table where the blinds were bent and pushing over onto the table (which was incredibly annoying!) We waited 15 minutes for drinks (not even from the bar!), our server was so rude and a complete smart alec, and we had to flag down other servers for drink refills and marinara for our appetizer. We paid $100 for a meal and could have received better service from McDonalds. I will not return to this location and I encourage you to try ANYWHERE else in Franklin other than here until corporate can come in and give their servers a complete attitude adjustment and customer service 101.

So Disappointing, We went to celebrate and I told the waiter that I wanted to pay a portion of the check, before the check came to the table, she asked me how much would you like to pay? I said the amount, she took my card, I signed the receipt. I though everything was fine, until the moment that we were leaving the table, the waiter came and asked me to sign AGAIN the receipt but for a different amount. I was so ashamed with my family because They didnt know that I paid part of the check. The waiter did not have tact to approach me at the end, She made feel like I or my family were stealing, that was embarrassing, that was in front of other customers and my family. I was not worth it the money that we pay. Service was average for the price, They did not have the plate that we order and the waiter said that almost 10 minutes after we place the order. in conclusion worst customer service ever. Dont go there for your celebrations

Worst food ever and terrible service. I went here with my mom and best friend. After a 45 minute wait, we were finally seated. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were hard as rocks and as cold as ice. My mom ordered the steak tacos and her rice was cold as well. After sitting ar our table for a while, my friend noticed that every single table was given a basket of bread....we never did. Moreover, my friend asked for a glass of water with her cocktail and that NEVER came. Of course, we are left to assume that our waitress was either severely incompetent or it is because we were the only Blacks in the restaurant. Avoid this place like the plague! It is not at all worth the high prices! I am truly surprised because typically I always have such positive experiences at the Cheesecake factory; it used to be one of my fave restaurants, but never again!

As another reviewer mentioned "charge me the wrong amount on my card". Yes, they did to us as well. My wife went to there for a refund, and was told by a female manager or assistant that they will refund within couple of days. Yet, they did not do it. One month later, I went to there again since it is so unfair. The general manager Steve Bragg threatened to remove me out of their restaurant because of their fault. Yes, I did speak louder than normal, but your attitude was terrible as well. You made the mistake and did not correct it in the first place. You should have refunded cash to my wife one month ago. Again, this manage promised to call us and refund. However, it never happened. Steve, a liar. The food and service is just so so. Obviously, we wont go there anymore.

Came for my fathers birthday dinner the manager mr.j curry said that the wait would be 1 hour 45 mins and that they would text us once our table was done . We went to the mall shopped around and came back and they told us that the wait would be another 1 or 2 very disappointed not only that one of the host was so rude and disrespectful and got sassy when told she was no the manager and that we did not wanna talk to her she stormed off . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . I will never come here again I will just stick to the green hills location where the customer service is always served at its best !!

Gave this place a 2 because I love their food but sadly Ive had numerous problems every time that I come here. Theres either something wrong with my order or Ill just get something as easy as a piece of cake from curb side and I dont receive the right piece of cake or Ill have to come back a billion times because they forgot to put something in there or they charge me the wrong amount on my card!?!?!?! I love, love, love, their food but I will not be ever going back to the one in Brentwood/Cool Springs ever again!!!!!!!!! It is worth the wait to go to green hills.

First time going, I ordered Chipotle chicken pasta and had to cancel the order because it was too sweet. The waiter said the cook overdid it on the honey glaze. I was surprise at the sweet taste, I was expecting spicy. My son ordered the chicken and biscuits ( Shepard Pie). It was good the biscuits were not fluffy though- more like corn bread. The chicken was awesome though. They apologized and have us a free slice of cheesecake. Also removed the sweet pasta charge. . Cheesecake is wonderful.We will go again. Everyone needs a second chance

Very dissappointed. Expected better food quality for the high price being charged. Chicken was tough, not tender. Spicy chicken chipotle pasta was.not very spicy at all and the sauce was scarce, hardly creamy. Nothing about this place made me want to go back. Not worth the 1hr wait to be seated nor the overpriced dissatisfying food. I had hoped for a meal better than I could cook myself. The Cheesecake Factory is NOT the place to go for a good meal.

I had been looking forward to going to Cheesecake Factory for a while. I knew the cheesecake was delicious, but had yet to try the food. It was a total disaster. The food was overpriced and terrible. After complaining to the server and returning the food, not once did the manager stop by my table. The server did not offer to let us order something else and the food we did not eat was still on the bill. We will not be returning to the Cheesecake Factory.

The coolsprings location is the worst. They staff is so rude. They lied to our party about our wait time. Said it would be about an hour and a half maybe 2. We went shopping at the mall and returned they said it would be longer. We asked to speak to the manager and one if the hosts was very rude and stormed away. Will never return to this location. Ill drive to the Greenhills location were they are more professional.

Will never come back here or recommend anyone to eat at this location. The service is awful alone with the employees , theres no communication between them when it comes to customers. I asked to speak with the manager Justin Curry and he absolutely couldnt resolve the issue, me and my family waited 1 hr45 minutes to be seated and that never happened. This location, employees need customer service training.
