I contacted u-kno to cater a wedding I am planning. They called almost immediately and took my order to send me a quote. She told me that the sales lady would contact me by the end of the week(it was a Monday when they called). Overall, they seemed nice and attentive. Friday rolled around, still no email or phone call. I called and the same lady said the sales woman had a busy week and would send me a quote the following week. Then the following Tuesday, I had heard nothing still, so I called again and asked to speak to the sales woman who was supposed to be getting in touch with me. She stated that "she had nothing pending but she would check" and then told me that they had been having technical difficulties and would need to call me back. So, when they finally called me back and I had to speak to a different woman who told me that my menu of only about 8 (50 serving) hors doeuvres would be about $5,000!!!!! which based on their pricing menu on their website it should have been about $1500(minus tax, delivery, etc) so I was shocked by the price and asked if they could just send me over the quote I had been requesting. She stated should would and she would also send over other menu samples to which it is now 9 days later from that phone call and 3 full weeks later after I originally requested the information and I have yet to hear anything from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Their food is horrible! They catered our luncheon today. The roast beef was so salty one person at the table I was sitting was unable to eat it. The mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese were tasteless. Last Christmas they catered our Christmas dinner and several people were sick because the dressing was undercooked. My advice... if you hear that these folks are catering an event, run far away, or bring your own food. MREs would be a definite improvement. Over the course of the last few months, the quality of their food has been on a downward spiral, yet their prices have gone up. FWIW, I am not the only one thats commented on this trend. How these folks managed to get the contract to "run" the chow hall where I work is beyond me. Calling this outfit a "A MUST USE CATERER" is a bit of a stretch!

GREAT FOOD, AWESOME PEOPLE! I’ve been using Brenda’s catering for over 13 years. She’s like family. The food is worth every penny and whenever I use her I receive lots of compliments on the food. She is a pleasure to work with and her staff is always so helpful. They go above and beyond the duties of a caterer to help make whatever the occasion is go smoothly. A MUST USE CATERER!!!!

Ukno Catering has excellent food. I attended a house warming party and the spinach dip, salmon dip, and meatballs were the best! I will definitely be calling them when I have an event.

If you ever go to the TN Towers food court....you must try their made to order Turkey Club Sandwich it is soooo good. Oh and you must try the Breakfast Quesadilla....OMG!
