BLUF: After two visits I am disappointed and dont recommend this place. If you really want to give it a shot, ask for Randy. I really wanted to like this place. When you walk in it feels like an old time barbershop out of "The Andy Griffith Show" or a John Wayne film. Not counting the TVs and electronic clippers of course. The two times I was here there was a bit of a wait, but given the feel of the place waiting wasnt unpleasant. The staff seem friendly and if the atmosphere was the only thing that mattered I would give it 5 stars. That being said, I go to the barbershop to get my hair cut not to sit and chat, and that is where I have had issues. My first visit I came out with my hair shorter than I wanted (I asked for a high and tight, my normal haircut) but I figured the error was probably my fault for not communicating with the barber properly. I decided to give them a second chance and on my second visit (different person), once again asked for a high and tight. This time was even worse. A few hours after my visit I started to notice places that had been missed entirely. Im not talking about "hair was slightly longer in spots", Im talking about patches that werent even touched. Fortunately they are in places where I can fix it myself, but $14 plus a tip isnt worth it for a haircut that I have to "fix". I get it, high and tight isnt all the rage, lots of guys go for the high fade or something else. That being said I feel a high and tight is about as basic as you can get, besides a buzz cut. Guess Im back to doing it on my own for free 99. Note: If you are planning trying out this place, I recommend asking for "Randy." He never cut my hair, but after hearing about my experience, most people tell me I should have asked for him. He seems to have a good reputation with a lot of folks. Sadly at this point Im not interested in going back for round three.

When you walk in you are greeted to a friendly rustic environment with plenty of comfortable seating, TVs to entertain while you wait, and even a kids play area for the little ones! The barbers here are top notch and I have not yet had a bad cut. If you like a specific barber you can wait for them but I have been to a few of them and they are all masters of their craft. They love military and police and the pricing is average for a good haircut. Haircut: $14 Specialty Scissors: $20 Lineup with Cut: $18 Face shave: $30 Beard lineup: $10 (Hard parts + $5) So walk on in, grab a ticket, and get a fantastic haircut!

My husband was told by the barbers at Bos that they cut womens hair. I have seen a woman getting her hair done when I went in with my husband. So I walked in for a haircut, and a man working there said loudly to a woman working there, "I dont see anybody here to get a haircut." She responded, "I dont see anybody either." The man then spoke very rudely to me, told me they only do men, and kicked me out. My husband will not be returning. Never have I been treated like such a second-class person. Take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of other places to get a haircut around Ft. Campbell.

After being a patron of this shop for more than three years, I have had to move on. After being told my wife would be able to get a haircut here, they insulted her and mocked her for even coming in the door. I enjoyed the cuts I had while being a regular here but I cannot support anyone that would be so mean spirited towards my wife or any other person. I can gladly say that I have been able to redirect other patrons from this shop to another where customer care and relations are valued just as highly as quality haircuts.

I pulled in the manager tells me " you mind pulling your car out of my bush?" Oh I pulled out alright, out of the bush I supposedly and back onto the road to another barber shop where theyre not worried about my car touching a leaf on their bush. Lost my business permanently! How dare you treat a disabled veteran like that!

After continuously being disappointed by Mona Lisa I decided to try a different barber shop for my toddler son. Randy at Bos did an EXCELLENT job on my son and it was the first time EVER my son did not fight and cry while getting his hair cut! A plus is that they have a play area while the children wait.

My baby got his first hair cut here and bill did a great job he was very patiant with him. They gave him a first haircut certificate, whitch was adorable. My husband also got his hair cut and he did a great job. This will be where they go for every haircut. Best experience Ive had a a barber shop!

If I couldve given it no stars I would. Asked for a low fade and I got a high and tight, my neck got cut, and the back of my ear wont stop bleeding because that got cut as well. Worst haircut of my life, any suggestions on where I can go to fix it?

Only place to get a great cut in town. Always have experienced barbers and still use actual straight edge razors. Though it may be crowded, its worth the wait.
