RSI was AMAZING from start to finish in every facet of the roofing job they did at my house. I had a bad leak, and one of the reasons it was leaking was because the roofing people who apparently tried to fix it before (before I owned the house) had done a bad job focused on a quick-fix solution...that didnt fix it. I called a few places to get quotes and decided to go with RSI. Brent was quick to return my phone call, quick to schedule the home inspection, and he was very quick to asses the situation and email me a detailed contract with the proposal for the repairs. This has not been the case with lots of work that I have needed on my house. Brent and his group were a breath of fresh air. Throughout all our communication, he was personable and professional. I felt appreciated by his service as he explained everything in detail that he was going to do BEFORE he did it. Most importantly, he gave a good price, completed the work efficiently and effectively, and did a great job of cleaning up. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Trust me, I will be calling Brent and RSI for any issue in the future I have with roofing and any other issue theyll help me with! THANK YOU RSI!

RSI is a neat company. I figured they were just a really good Mom and Pop contractor in Shelby County, TN. I was surprised and not surprised to find out that they were a nationally licensed contractor. I was surprised because they dont have that "who cares" attitude that the national contractors have. I was not surprised because nothing beats a contractor who does good work, communicates, and is honest. As a matter of fact, my job was ridiculously small compared to some of the mega projects they do around the county. Its nice to see "the good guys" actually doing well because they are "the good guys".
