Wow...One of the worst customer service and an awful experience I ever had. I will give cleanliness 0/5 and coming to stylist- I arrive in to meet a most unfriendly woman who was very rude. She was very aggressive and not gentle. I dont know why she is in so hurry, she dropped the scissor on the floor and started doing haircut without even sanitizing it. I told her not to cut my sides too much but she did already and asked me "Is that ok" ... Seriously.. I do know Supercuts hire some good hair stylists but save yourself from this place. Greatly disappointed. And I see a man walking away without having haircut bcoz of the hair stylist rude behavior after me.
