We made the decision to move our business after partnering with another company for 5 years. Our experience with the other company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. So, after finding Allegra and interacting with Paul Bond and his staff, I felt relieved that our printing needs would be handled in a personable and professional manner! Paul has dropped everything to meet with me on multiple occasions and never makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of price-wise. We have been given a variety of options, at different price points, to reach the look we were trying to achieve. If there was not a solution already on hand for a design related issue, Tracy (graphic designer) and Paul were willing to take the time to create something that would work for us. They are quick in getting supplies printed and to us, so that we wont have to go without appointment cards, business cards, etc. Allegra has been beyond helpful and accommodating! We are SO pleased to be doing business with them!!
