Ive been working with Pringedge for over a year now and I absolutely love the people here! The very first time I had something printed, there was a miscommunication and I ended up with the wrong product. They went out of their way to fix everything for no additional costs and treated me like the genuinely cared about me and getting my job printed perfectly. Ive printed business cards, invitations, note cards, and even printed on wood. All have been excellent quality with a quick turn around times. They take the time to get to know their customers, treat everyone with respect, and do great work. The prices are much less than your big printing chains. Thank you, Printedge for taking care of my projects over the years!

I have been a Printedge customer for over 15 years. If there is an unfriendly person in the group I sure havent met them . . . and professional know-how . . seems to be a prerequisite for everyone from the front desk to the pressroom. They have produced very large jobs for me in the past (Im semi-retired now) and smaller jobs as recent as yesterday. As a graphic designer they have the expertise to make stock suggestions as well as steering me in the right direction with file types to better expedite a job. And now as a watercolor artist they work with me to create giclées. (prints printed directly to watercolor paper) Note: They havent been able to help my golf game though! Ron Kirkham

This company has wonderful product and helpful people, but it is discouraging to realize that I cannot pick up my order on Saturday morning leaving it useless. I also called about its status on Wednesday, it is Saturday and I never heard back. I asked to them to call me one way or another because we still had time to correct the situation, but I sill never heard from anyone. My four projects are out of luck and I have no idea how to fix the situation. This severely impacts my businesses and I never dreamed this company would fall short because they have been superior in the past.

The products, the service and the people of this company are 5 star. I have worked with a fair number of printers during my working life. PrintEdge is by far one of the best. The quality and timeliness of there work is out of the park. Have they ever made a mistake... yes. But in every instance when they did, they have made it right and took responsibility. I have also messed up on my end with what I have sent them and in many cases they still took responsibility and fixed it. They treat people how they want to be treated. Period!

I used to get my brochures done at Office Max but the prices and quality at Print Edge are what really impressed me. Tom is great and the whole team is friendly and not to mention fast.
