This was the first time I have used FedEx Kinkos printing service and it will be my last. I placed a booklet order online. The instructions were unclear and I made a mistake which the technicians caught when they proofed my orders for pickup. When I questioned the clerk about the error he just said "Well you could have called if you had any questions." Being the first time to use their service, I didnt know I had the question till I picked up the order. I ask if they could adjust the price, but the clerk said "No, Im sorry, you should have called if you had any questions." So, my ignorance and their unclear procedure or deliberate confusing steps cost me $70.00. I had a lot more copies to have printed, but I will go somewhere else. They made an extra $70.00 on me, but they lost a customer for life.

Every time I visit this Fedex location, I hope for better service than the previous time, and every time I am disappointed. The most recent time I visited their location I was hurried along even though there was no one else in the room, let alone in line behind me. The woman running the print center told me she was getting to go home in an hour or so and it showed in her customer service. She also snatched the paper selection booklet out of my hands so I wouldnt look at a certain style of paper instead of telling me those would not work for the type of project I had. The fact that this location is open 24-hours is the only reason I go, otherwise I wouldnt continue to deal with rude employees!

I placed a phone order for invitations and explained that I needed them on 100lb cardstock. The individual on the phone said "no problem". When I arrived to pick up my order, the color of the invitations was beautiful. BUT, the paper was so thin, nothing close to cardstock. I would be embarassed to send that quality of invitation out to anyone. The female who attempted to take my payment laughed at me when I told her they were not what I ordered. She said they have never printed on 100lb cardstock, because "their printers cant handle it". I called every other FedEx Kinkos I know of, and all of them print on thick cardstock. This was my second and final trip into this location.

With four people in line to speak with the only sales associate in the store, I decided to use the do-it-yourself computer to print two documents totaling 60 pages from my CD. Nowhere did it explain that the cost to DIY was more than 3x the cost of having the behind the desk person do it for you!!! The price to print the 60 pages in b&w was $53!!! Only after complaining to the sales associate, did I learn I could have had the same docs printed for around $13. Ouch!!! I waited for the Asst. Mgr. Antonio to arrive and he refused to address the outrageous print pricing from the DIY computers, I intend to take it up the the GM Karen on Monday morning.

Emailed file to print to staff---24"x24" desired size with (9) 2" words in skinny font black ink. Mainely blank paper. Staff followed up on phone and reassured me everything looked great. Walked in and again, staff was exceedingly friendly. However---$31.68 is WAY too much for this. I was shocked and called Staples. 24"x36" size that I can cut down if desired is a grand total of $3.57. Literally returned the print and asked for money back. Nothing they do is worth that difference. I felt robbed. Although an infrequent customer, I will never go back.

Wanted to send pictures and cards as a care package to my cousin who is serving in the United States Army, stationed in Kuwait... But when I tried at this FedEx, I was told that the box looked like a cigar box (despite the lack ANY tobacco markings, because it was no such thing) and they would not ship the box unless I broke the vacuum seal and showed them the contents... Being appalled, I took it to UPS who shipped it very happily. I did not realize that this FedEx store has such a problem with veterans receiving comfort from home. Very sad.

I couldnt have had a better experience today. Shelton and Antonio were amazing, and I got the perfect product for my needs. Helpful, fun, and smart. I wasnt even sure what product I needed, but they listened to what my goals were, pointed me in the right direction, and then worked with me until it was perfect. Not okay, perfect. I will definitely be coming back if I have more printing needs.

Took my sons homecoming football poster to be laminated and they ruined it. They could not fix it. I had to call the district manager so that I could get my money back. Almost all the posters they did for our team looked horrible and the laminate was bubbled, peeling and cloudy. We will not be using them again and we will tell everyone on the team not to use them again.

I went to scan a 36"x24" document front and back and they wanted to charge $52!! I had them delete the scan and went to Staples and it was $2/side. They had the same equipment. This was for self service scanning only...what a ripoff!!

By far the slowest under staffed store. A sense of urgency would be nice. Last visit i watched an employee just sit in a chair and roll around and play on his phone while 3 of us waited in line.
