In the past I was very happy with this company but once my sales rep left it was all downhill. The new sales rep was rude, got my order wrong, and then told me to go to home depot and fix it myself. I finally talked to someone else who agreed to remake my banners. Went to pick then up on the date I was told, and they were not done. This was a Friday, I was told they would be shipped fed ex on Monday. Tuesday they said they had shipped. Thursday I still didnt have them and was told someone would call me back, they never did. Called back Friday and found out they had not shipped and were sitting in the office still. I was told someone would deliver them to our business before we closed at noon. Called back at 12:15 and was told someone was on their way with them and they would get an ETA. Called back at 12:30 and was told they shipped out yesterday. When I said I was told this morning that they hadnt he said oh, maybe they got picked up this morning then. And I have now been on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a tracking number.
