I was under pressure to find a printer who could print a large format (26x13) double sided set of flats for brochure folders on folder/cardstock within 48 hours. I had a hard deadline and the designer was still working the changes as I hunted. Fedex was the ONLY print shop I could find who could not only DO the job, but also turn it around and deliver on time- out of at least 20 different printers I called in the Atlanta area! They had trouble with receiving the large file digitally, so I had to deliver the thumb drive- but the job was done correctly and delivered a couple hours early. The Quote people on the phone worked with me and discounted the original price by 40%. My proofs made it to NY on time; I was relieved and very happy and my client was thrilled. I would use their services again.

It bugs me to give them four stars, but I have to do so. They earned it. Have NOT been real happy with this place (any location) since the Kinkos takeover. I felt service and personal attention declined. Just another messed-up corporate takeover. But this place proved me wrong. Employees are courteous, quick at their tasks, efficient and always helpful. My compliments to the manager. I will use them again, especially this location. Highly recommend.

Pretty expensive to Print/Copy/Fax here, specifically the faxing - $2.00 per page for long distance numbers (which in 2016 are still a thing I guess?). Theres a local place in Roswell that charges something like $2 for a fax, and .20 cents per page after that. Otherwise, its a nice store - clean, well lit, welcoming employees, decent selection of products and great hours... all that good stuff.

Fraudulently charged my credit card. This establishment fraudulently charged my credit card for $1 and then a string of other charges later in the day were also fraudulently charged nearby. Obviously, this was a test transaction by an employee there or a customer using their store due to lax controls over their terminals. Thanks for contributing to identity theft.

The staff is so friendly, for real. I hope they see this because I cant tell them enough how awesome they are. Im an illustrator that needs to get complicated prints done all the time (and sometimes weird commission prints)--this staff always gets them done quickly and perfectly (and are super patient and nice about my work). 10/10 would recommend.

I went to this location after reading the Windward Parkway location had bad reviews. This is a great Fed Ex store! The staff members were all very helpful. Danny helped me and answered my questions. I was able to mail out a package quickly. I would recommend this store.

I dont know if they are doing this deliberately but i come into this branch often and i find that they make me wait and serve the white people that come in AFTER me.. very upsetting.. their service is horrible and i will be reporting it to corporate.

They charge $0.35 a minute for internet AND its slow- like dial up slow- cost me $15 to print out boarding tickets at the end of it- corporate BULLSHIT
