Bad Experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Met with Hany, the owner of Alphagraphics on Mansell Rd in Roswell, Ga., about doing postcards for a mail out. I explained we used a postcard mailing service before and wanted to do it ourselves this time. I brought in the postcard we used last time, it was 6" x 8 1/2" and only required a single .49 cent stamp. I told to update some of the info and send me a proof. He wanted a deposit and that was no problem. I get an email from him and my proof is ready. We go in there ( employee George Tompkins) and the postcard was fine but, he said he made it bigger , 7" x 8 1/2" , at no additional cost ?? First thing I ask is, is the postage the same? He assures me yes and that he will due the postage for us. We, he couldnt give me a cost, but he assured us that it would be much less than the standard .49 cents. But, he wanted our customer mailing list, and I said NO ! The list has over 8000 Swimming Pool Owner Addresses that we have been collecting for 28 years. He said fine and then told us we could go to Sams, and get the stamps cheaper than .49 cents and we thought that was odd?? Well, of course he lied about that ! So we purchased 2500 .49 cent stamps and our people started labeling and stamping to try and get to homes before the Holidays! A week after sending all 5000, they started coming back, stamped " additional postage required" We went straight to the Post Office and they told us the cards were 1" to wide??? We lost the $ 700.00 he charged us for the postcards and $ 2,500.00 in postage plus all of our time, not to mention the loss we are going take from all of this. I called Hany, the owner of Alphagraphics on Mansell Rd in Roswell, Ga. He said to bad, I signed off on them. We ask for some sort of compensation, and he said NO !! He had to of know they were to big and a .98 cent postage would be required for EACH POSTCARD. I will post as many negative reviews as possible. That is no way to do business ! OCEAN BLUE POOLS

We needed a high quality pamphlet on 100# stock on short notice for my Mother-in-Laws memorial service. We had done my F-i-Ls about two years ago at an Alphagraphics in Walnut Creek, California, and it turned out very nice, so we had to do at least as good for my M-i-L :-). Well GiGi and her team knocked it out of the park! They beat their deadline by a day, the quality was outstanding, and they got every single aspect of the brochure correct the first time, including the overlap of 10 different pictures, which had to overlap a certain way, the soft edge on the pictures, the colors and the typography, which I had specified. Everything was perfect! Took away a big stress. Thanks so much!

I have worked with Gigi for almost 3 years and she has always provided wonderful customer service for our requests. We are a wealth management company and we are quite particular about our print items. She is very responsive to our needs which sometimes have a very short turnaround time that she strives to meet. Most recently, Gigi worked with us thru an issue on our business cards with their outside vendor and provided us with a very satisfactory solution. She provided us with exceptional service and really showed that she wanted me to be happy with the end product.

Ive been doing business with Alphagraphics for a decent amount of time, long enough to build up a rapport. They have consistently delivered high quality products to us for a fair price, from business cards to brochures to flyers and posters, I have literally never once been let down by them. I dont understand the 1 star reviewers. Theyre always quick to respond to my inquiries and send me quotes and invoices within a couple of hours after I request them. Gigi and Hany do a great job.

Ive used AlphaGraphics for many years and have always been very pleased with their work and customer service. Both Hany and Gigi are a pleasure to deal with - very professional and friendly. Just picked up this exterior sign a few days ago (see pics) and the quality was outstanding. Its double sided on 6mm substrate with a laminate - turned out beautifully. Quick turnaround time, too. Would highly recommend their services.

They took my order, but as soon as I paid for it they decided to skip town for 10 days; in turn making me wait for two weeks for something that only takes 24-48 hours at any other location. They couldve been considerate enough to tell me they would take an abnormal amount of time to complete my business cards. Whats worse is they did not acknowledge that it was an issue. Its called POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolute Horrible customer service. Color was clearly off from what was submitted to them. They basically blamed me rather than try and rectify the issue. Owner was very condescending towards me. I have many years in graphic design so I am very familiar with the process and what I turn in. They could not even get the bleeds right. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
