Absolutely worthless if you are trying to do anything other than grab something and go. I came to print out business cards. To start things off, the staff at the print center is very rude. If it is your first time using the service like it is for me, they are very condescending. I build pcs for a living, and have a degree in video game design. The clerk was impatient, and they were woefully under staffed. It took so long for her to get back to me after I finished designing my cards that the system reset with all my work lost. To make matters worse, they keyboard and system I was putting the information into looked as though it hadnt been cleaned since the store opened. On top of that, when she finally came over to finish my order, she said it was my fault. When I asked for the manager, I had to wait over twenty minutes because he was ringing up customers. This store is under staffed, poorly stocked, and disgusting. Take your business to FedEx kinkos or anywhere else.

You have literraly no people to help coustomers ... theres only 3 ppl in line and it takes you forverrrrr to tend to your customers ... no efficiency ...no speed ...no help no support no good customer service ... they see you standing there and the cashiers go off to do whatever they want at an extra slow speed ...

I stood in line to pick up some plain prints for 30 mins. They are so slow there is a line almost out the door to just pick up prints. I literally was just printing normal papers. 5 copies. Took me an hour. No emoyees seem to care, they just walk around.

The employee just walk pass and walk around the store as they see customers standing in long lines at the copy center and register. As if they refuse to help the 1 person at either cash register.
