My entire experience with Think Patented was the mark of professional work and personal service: It started Wednesday when I received a digital copy of a booklet, and a deadline of the following Monday. I called the number on the business card I had and left a message. My call was returned promptly, even though he was out of town. I was set up with Client Services, and in a flurry of phone calls and emails, the project was edited, the cover designed, the proofs confirmed, and the following Monday 25 copies were at their destination, with the rest sitting in my house for shipping later. Competitive pricing, timely service, personal touch -- it was all stellar. An important note I would add: Im not a big client. I run a small operation, and this was a small print job (500 booklets.) They still treated me like I was a priority and this meant the world to me. 5 stars.

Needs better management and earlier breaks for those collating stickers to be mailed. For all employees working 3pm- 11pm; 1st break should be at 6pm 20 minutes and 2nd break at 9pm 10 minutes.
