Working with Target Copy was a terrible experience. Silvio, the person who was communicating with me about my project, wasnt friendly nor helpful. He stopped answering my questions, wouldnt help me increase the quality of my project, and when I submitted a second proof because he stopped responding, I received no reply from any of the staff at all. I wouldnt recommend Target Copy to any of my friends and as the president of an organization at Florida State University, I wouldnt recommend to any of my members or officers. Instead, I went to EXPRESS PRINT on Monroe Street and received excellent service! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and they even worked along side me to improve the quality of the invitations I wanted to send. They had the invitations printed within an hour and their pricing was 1/3 as expensive as Target Copy. If you need to get any printing services done definitely visit Express Print! Dont waste your time with Target Copy.

Horrible service received today at Target Copy. I went in needing pages bound, and the guy did not go over the differences in types of binding and their prices, but instead just started binding my papers with the most expensive option and included all the extras that cost more money without asking me if I wanted those extras. For a college student, being ripped off of money is not okay. When I complained to the other guy who rang up my total, he did not do anything but say sorry things were not explained. Did not offer to remove the extras and remove the charge, did not inquire about the situation, just left it as it is. HORRIBLE PLACE. OVERPRICED.

We were told that our order would be completed by the end of the day. The next morning after calling twice we were told that it was done but they could not find it but they could print a black and white copy in 10 minutes. Someone from the office arrived fifteen minutes later and the order was not even sent through. They were then told it was found and production was on the way. After more waiting our office was given someone elses project on Rome. While ultimately we did get a black and white version of the correct image our office will never use Target Copy something as important as trial preparation.

The most unfriendly and unprofessional printing shop I have ever worked with! I was first treated very poorly as I was trying to get a booklet printed, no staff was willing to help and just keep on scooting me to the self-service kiosk, without very clear idea of whats going on. I was then helped by another staff who was in fact trying to help but has no technical knowledge about printing things from the computer. I turned out wasting so much good paper because they keep on telling me the wrong thing to do. I spent an hour there getting nothing that is usable. It was also very overpriced.

First: I never received a response to my email asking for an estimate Secondly: Went into the store and was told to get on a computer with my flash drive and print from there. Was not told that printing from that computer would incur a $2.00 fee, unexpectedly raising the price of my print job from under $3.00 to over $5.00 with tax. I should have been told that I would be incurring a fee for using the computer that I was told I had to use by the employee. Seemed a little shady. Doesnt make sense that I should have to pay a fee for something thats almost the total cost of my print job.

I cant recommend this place. It may work out if youre a student looking for something to be printed near campus, but my experience has been that the staff are not very knowledgeable and the prices are quite high. The last time I went here, I wanted to print a PDF on letter-sized paper. I was told that Id need to rent time on one of the computers or pay a file-opening fee for the employee that would print it. I havent encountered this situation since the early 90s when desktop publishing was new - there are too many options these days to spend a couple dollars to print a single PDF.

Target Copy may produce quality prints, but their costs are outrageous, and the customer service is terrible. Perhaps the worst thing about Target Copy is that they force you to use their computers for printing files... and then charge you after the fact for using the computers! need a single black-and-white page printed? Be prepared to shell out several dollars in bullshit fees. Its too bad the Fedex/Kinkos across the street closed down; if you can avoid Target Copy, I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

I am surprised this place actually has customers. Their prices and "service charges" are ridiculous. I wanted to print a 1 page black and white document and I was told it would cost me 2 dollars just to email them the document. Two dollars is not much, but $2 to send an e-mail to a print and copy center is absurd. Not only that, but it would kill the staff to be friendly. Save yourself the trouble and take the extra few minutes to drive to Staples.

These folks are excellent. We used them for on-demand printing of design and architectural plans and documents, many of which were very large or unusual to print. They were able to print them immediately for us, allowing us to use them rather than bring printers, copiers, etc., with us to our meetings. All of the people I worked with were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend using Target Print & Mail for all of your printing needs.

Target Copy for the last two years has been inconsistent with prices and has rude customer service. The manager charges people for their mistakes if they print the wrong size or use the wrong printer. Someone can print a 100+ page packet and be charged $8 then a customer will print one 18x24 sheet and charge them $7!!! If you ask them what they are charging you for they cant give you a solid answer.

The staff (managers included) are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customers. My personal experience with Target Copy was very positive and efficient. The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable about the organization, equipment and procedures, which allowed me to get proper and efficient service. Again, my experience with target copy was great.

Target Copy continues to be one of my favorite local printers. I have used them invitation printing, program printing and binding, etc. and have always had quick turnaround, great quality and excellent customer service. Pricing is also superior to most digital printers including its much larger, more expensive commercial competitor.

Ive worked with Target Copy a lot this year, and they have always been incredibly professional. I made a mistake with the latest file I sent to them, and they quickly emailed me to let me know that something was wrong, instead of just going ahead and printing it. Id recommend them for all of your professional printing needs!

Havent been here in awhile. I have to say the price I paid to fax six pages of documents was obscene. Maybe if I knew before the fax had already been sent, things would have been different. Because I definitely would have walked out. A lesson learned, I will never go there again.
