Unbelievable how ridiculously slow this guys are. The usual location I go to is in lawrenceville on 120. I can come in with whatever type of print job I have and it doesnt take longer then 1 hour to leave from there. I did big posters laminated and took less then that. This guys over here take forever to print or do any kind of printing job. I have to come on the second day for a 36x24 poster because "it takes so long to print because they have to change the paper". I see this done all the time at the other location I usually go to and it DOESNT LONG. When told that I know it doesnt take them hours to finish a job the excuse is that they dont print big posters on the spot, so I told them thats fine I can wait 30...40 minutes. And that was still too fast for them. They couldnt do it....I have to come the next day to pick it up because "I have another job in front of this"....is the excuse all the time. Anyway Im not coming tomorrow because I wont print or buy from here again...Ill drive the extra mile and get out in the same hour in Lawrenceville. If you need a print job done in a timely manner, dont make the mistake to stop at this Office Depot. Its honestly ridiculous how slow they are.

I recently ordered a 20- count of graduation announcements to be sent out to family and friends. The whole process was really easy in effort as I was guided through each step on how to purchase my product. I received an email notification after I completed my order and another after it shipped. I was finally notified of its delivery to my front door and satisfied to find all of my merchandise intact and present. A little helpful advice would be to try and narrow down a realistic time frame for shipping and delivery of any products. I was worried when I might see my items, but the email notifications kept me sane. (:

This is the worst of the worst office depot I ever been. My boss order stuff all the time and i pick it up under her name at other office depot with no problem. This idiot over her makes me late for work cause they refuse to release the order. And they talking nonsense. Thanks to this place thats the last time they will ever have our business.

Great store with great manager. The manager that worked Thursday 1/14/17 1030am is first class and runs the the store very well. Ive been to other locations but she and her employees are well above average. They are very accommodating and have incredible customer service. Not to mention the store was well organized.

Very rude customer service. I had a few questions and he pointed me in all different directions. The only thing he said to me the whole conversation was yeah, yeah, yeah. Then he hung up on me! After I said he was a great help, even when he wasnt. No thank you, no manners at all. Horrible customer service

Come here if youre not afraid to empty your pockets. Even these sale days on Saturday are horrible. I dont understand how theyre still in business and I dont understand why their prices are so high... I mean seriously a day planner for 30 bucks?

Amazing and helpful staff who are always making sure that you will find what you are looking for. If they dont have it with them at the time then they are glad to order it online for u and hold for you to pick it up at a later time.

Worst place to shop. Pathetic customer service. Even department manger Jon doesnt know anything. I have given this store 5 chances and had worst experience everytime. Stores like this and manager like this are impacting name.
