Unethical store policies. They have a wonderful habit of lying to the customers on store inventory levels. You really cant do business with stores whose manager lies to customers face can you? Their explanation - "bad inventory control", which I think is even worse for a company that promotes "Office organization". I rather go to the Staples store few exits south (Exit #9). There is just no place for customer no service this day and age, let alone for lying. Happy to take my personal and business $ elsewhere.

Chris in the copy print center was great! Good customer service and very patient. I had a not so simple print job for invitations and Chris insisted on making sure I left satisfied. Good guy.

Ordered a notary stamp on January 3, to find out yesterday that the order was canceled due to a lack of follow up. This is very disappointing as I was expecting the stamp .
