Very Unpleasant Experience, I went in asking for the cheapest possible way to ship my items. And the lady looked like a supervisor informs me that if they do the packaging it will be cheaper. WRONG The guy at the cashier told me that it is not cheaper but it is twice as much expensive if they pack unlike USPS. They charge for $12 for packaging plus the shipping cost. So i ended up paying $27 dollar for packaging and shipping where as USPS only charges around 10 Bucks which includes shipping and packaging. I wasnt going to take out the packaging, and re do it myself to save 17 dollars but, never ever will go back to the shady business again. Thanks supervisor wanna be for informing me the wrong information so you could bring some extra cash but losing a customer for good.

FedEx Office / Kinkos on 12108 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH is The most disgusting Kinkos store in Cincinnati, Kentucky and Indiana. Jam packed with a-holes and psychos employees. Idiotic employees behavior is supported by in-store and district management. Complaining to anyone in Kinkos / Fedex higher ranks about employees / service is utter waste of time - they will side with employees for production value of employees (regardless of issue). It is easier (and cheaper) for FedEx to deal with upset customer than to fire old employee, hire and re-train new employee. Save yourself some nerves and dont go to this store.

They called when they had questions, helped with graphics, and had the projects (4 within 24 hrs) completed prior to deadline. They offer quality work and were professional. They wanted to sell me $5 worth of packing material to fill in a box that was pretty well packed. Also- tried to convince me that the postal service would take twice as long. Fedex ground service was like 15$ (including their mandatory packing material) and would have arrived in 6 days. USPS was $6 and arrived in 3 days. Would not recommend this place or fedex in general.

HORRIBLE EVERY TIME! They dont like taking packages they dont PACK THEMSELVES! No matter what package you bring in they find something wrong with it. Any tiny rattle & they try to tell you it HAS to be repacked by them or they cant take it! Do yourself a favor & JUST DONT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE A JOKE!

I would agree with the other reviews in the past. But lately is has been a lot better so something has changed, and as long as they strive to get better I will keep going back. We ship large packages and they give the best rates, the items get to the place we send them in one piece and on time...........

Used to be 24 hour location. 954am...the OPEN sign is on, note on the door at eye level says 10am, door locked. Called number after sitting in my car 15 minutes to be told they open at 11am. noticed when pulling off the hours posted at the BOTTOM of the door. Really? Understand changes but...

2/12/2017 Poorly managed, they wait on customers that enter while earlier customers wait in line. This store lost two customers today because the assistant manager waited on a women that entered the store after us. I and the other customer were not acknowledged. Will never use this store again.
