I live in Michigan and wanted to send flowers to my sister and brother-in-law who were patients at the MED. I am not familiar with any of the florists in Memphis, but did a Google search to find florists near the MED. Lucky me to find Holliday! I was far away in Michigan and I spoke to a person named Susan late on a Saturday afternoon. Susan assisted me with the Holliday website and I chose an arrangement and cute Get Well Bear for delivery. I wanted something different from the floral picture which Susan assured me they could do. Although it was already late on a Saturday, the flowers and bear were delivered same day, and from the picture I received from my sister, the flowers were quite beautiful! I recommended Holliday to family members who also wanted to send an arrangement to my sister and her husband. Thank you Susan, and thank you Holliday Flowers!

By far the worst customer service experience ever. The older woman who talked to me acted as if I was a bother to her. I wanted a custom arrangement which she didnt want to do. She just tried to talk me into one of the poorly executed prearranged ones. I told her what I wanted and she just huffed and puffed and left me alone in the cooler while I watched a younger taller male worker help another customer with no problems whatsoever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Better off at Kroger.

I shopped around and used Holiday for the first time as was one of the better priced florist. I am very happy I did. The roses were a hit to both my lady friend and in her office. The flowers were still looking good 1 week later as well. I will use this company for now on for my flower needs. My friend states they were the longest and best roses she ever got as well. Just wished I had taken a picture of them before now.

I wanted to deliver some birthday flowers, but they could only be received after 5:30pm. The other local florists wouldnt do delivery that late, even though some of them are open to 7pm. This place was like, yeah, sure. No complaints from the receiver and based on others postings here, I think their flowers are gorgeous.

This was a very fortuitous find. Im not from Memphis. Came to visit and needed a bouquet and Google directed me here. Holliday Flowers was formerly The Flower Box. Both florists were creative, professional and engaging. They used such lovely, vibrant and out-of-the-ordinary blooms. I simply could not be more pleased.

I called in same day to get a floral spray for mothers day. They asked what I wanted and I briefly described a few flowers and colors. I picked it up later that day and it was exactly what I had imagined. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the flowers were reasonably priced. Would definitely go back

Absolutely first rate.... I called last minute after 3:00 P.M. for same day delivery to a work place and they were able to make it happen quickly with a beautiful arrangement. I was very impressed with their quick response and how polite and helpful they were on the phone. I definitely recommend them!!!!!

Outstanding service. The gentleman on the phone took care of me right from the start. They were able to make a delivery to a restaurant at 5:00pm, where other local florists would not. They will have my business from here on out.
