They left my entire sandwich on a carryout order... they offered no type of reimbursement for the inconvenience.. Told me "Well make you a new one if you come back" YEAH, LET ME PAY FOR PARKING AGAIN FOR YOUR MISTAKE, ILL PASS.... Mcallisters is so much better than this joke of a service restaurant.. They gave me 2 free meals for something they had no control of. Bye Lennys.. Even nasty ass subway would do you better than this

excellent service and great food, but if you get there before 11am, youll avoid the long and deservedly so, lines at lunch time. Between the two locations Downtown, this is the best one to go to. Besides that, after 2pm, it is the only one open Downtown, but still has the best service around.

I dont know what the fuzz is about with other reviewers. They were very helpful and very fast with their service. I needed a quick stop to get some food, and this was good for that. In my opinion their subs were good. Recommend this one.

Lennys gets slammed during lunch. I had a big order for my work and they missed 3 sandwiches. It took forever to get my order. It going here for a big group lunch.

Stopped here in a rush to get to a boat tour. Service was quick and the sub (pizza) was tasty, but messy. Prices were high in my opinion.

Terrible customer service. Front register person does not listen to ingredient requests. "Managers" sit out front and smoke cigarettes.
