I have been to chick fil as all over America! I dont think I have ever had a bad experience at one, but THIS was by far the best experience ever!!! Probably the best restaurant for service, cleanliness and staff. My husband, son and I ate here on our way home back to North Carolina. This location was extremely clean! The service was extremely excellent! They had people walking around asking if we were ok our needed refills. The classical music in the background was very peaceful as well. The flowers on the tables make a difference as well! Then what truly got my attention were the bathrooms!!! Very clean. They had a little machine with Listerine and small cups, lotion to use if you wanted, tissues, DIAPERS, etc! I never expected to write such a long descriptive about any place (especially a fast food one) but this place deserved it hands down!!!

Customer service is spectacular here! Im so impressed with all of the employees! Cashier was friendly. The food was delivered to me at a table by a very nice gentleman who asked if I needed anything else and i requested a bag, he brought it to me immediately. After I was done eating, I was on my way to throw my tray away and an employee said shell throw it away for me... With a smile on her face!! Just sitting here I see employees constantly cleaning, getting things for customers, and have another nice gentleman come around a few times asking everyone if they need anything (Been sitting here a while cause my daughter is playing in the playroom)!

The staff here are very polite and friendly. I had my three children with me when I ordered, and the cashier offered to carry my tray to the table for me, so I could better handle the kiddos. She even went back and grabbed a few napkins for us once we sat down. The play area in the back is clean and secure, and my kids like it. Its small and doesnt allow for a lot of room for parents to sit inside, but for a fast-food restaurant, its fun. One time a worker even brought around free samples of their breakfast items, so we got free order of mini-chicken biscuits to try. The bathrooms were clean, and the service was quick.

This is the one fast food restaurant that I and my family enjoy. They have a good selection of healthy among other not-so-healthy options. The employees go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Im very please to learn that the company improved their soup and the sandwich recipes and removed potentially harmful ingredients. The soup tastes so much better, too. My son had his 5th birthday party there and it was by far his best birthday, yet. He still talks about his birthday party at CFA. CFA is definitely not your typical fast food restaurant. They are much better than that.

Most polite personnel we have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant! We were commenting on it after going through the drive through even before we got our food. But the food was good too. My husbands chicken strips and my grilled chicken nuggets were moist and flavorful. .. such a refreshing change from most fast food restaurants! Good sized servings all delicious! We definitely want to eat there again and tell everyone!

I absolutely love this place the food is way better and way healthier than McDonalds and BTW (by the way) the 12 piece nuggets and waffle fries are my favorite with a red hi-c and no ice and they always make it personal which I love they ask for your name and talk to you by name I wish I could remember the names of who works there but none the less everyone should get a raise they all do such a wonderful job

I am usually in chic Fila like 3 times a week. I babysit 2 kids and its really nice to be able to come in and eat and let them play. The employees are the nicest and do everything to make your visit great. I went to church today and saw the manager there. Didnt get to say hi but it was nice seeing him there. I just wanted to say how nice it is to have such a caring place to let the kids play.

Best. Chick-fil-A. Ever! They have diapers, lotion, tissues, mouthwash, and mints in both restrooms. They had our food ready before we were finished paying and carried our tray to our table. They have sprinkles for the kids to put on their ice dream cones and little cups of Cheerios. And they have a little playground and stickers for the kids. Along with the usual amazing Chick-fil-A service!

The only restaurant that I love EVERYTHING on the menu. Im not a big salad person, but even those are uniquely scrumptious here! Everything here is so yummy! Breakfast too! But the real kicker is, the staff is the friendliest, most helpful, most professional & caring employees Ive ever encountered anywhere. Ever! Anywhere! Great workers! They are pleasant and accommodating. I was so glad that we chose to eat here, instead of at any of the other places nearby. The food tasted fresh and the place looks brand-new. The prices were not bad at all. This was my 1st visit to a Chick-fil-A since college several years ago and I loved it. The chocolate shake was awesome. Thanks guys

Amazing service, hot & fresh food that couldnt have been better, a very nice atmosphere and decor (I really loved the fresh flowers on the tables)! Although the restaurant was extremely busy, they still were working really hard to make sure everyone left happy. There were so many people there, but I got my meal really fast, and the right one!

This was my husband and I first time here and we didnt know what to get so we ask the cashier who name is Amanda and she suggested the number 1 then Isaac said he like the number 2 so what we did we got one each and it was GOOD the staff was nice & polite and they kept coming by checking on us we will be back thanks Chick-fil-a

My husband would live here if they would let him, from the soups to the new heathy Kale salad to the grilled chicken nuggets, we eat here on a weekly basis and love all the choices!!!! Breakfast healthy choices, great events for different holidays and the best is they honor Military people...great friend,y staff!

They were super nice! We ordered food and got to the window and my husband realized he didnt have his wallet. We told them we would be right back, but they said they would cover it for us. It absolutely made our day! Thank you to that sweet young lady. Your kindness does not go unnoticed!

We had catering done through this Chick-fil-A and it was amazing! Everything that we needed was provided: plates, napkins, serving utensils, salad dressing, etc. The food was great and the friends and family that I was serving were very impressed. Thanks Fairview Heights Chick-fil-A!
