The first time I came here was a really good experience, but when I came for the second time last Friday it was horrible. I waited 40 minuets before anyone even talked to me, and during that time one of the barbers was just walking around with no customer. Finally one of the other barbers asked if I had an appointment, I told him no, and they set me up with the girl doing nothing. She asked how I wanted it cut, I told her long on the bangs and sides, and she proceeded to cut them short. Also the back was bad. Unfortunately you are faced away from the mirror so you cannot see what they are doing to your hair until the damage is done. A long wait for bad service and a great clips level haircut :(

These are young guys, but theyre old school. They really know how to cut hair. They get your cut right the first time, you dont need to go somewhere else to get it fixed, and you leave the shop looking and feeling like a million dollars. Its relaxing, its quick, and the price is very reasonable. For me, the real winning point is that when I sit down in the chair, they dont ask me if I know what number clipper I want them to use. I just tell them how I want it cut and thats what I get. The guys at Shave are pros. And as long as theyre in business, Ill be a customer.

Excellent haircut received today and I couldnt be happier. Everybody was nice and friendly with a great atmosphere to the shop. I have found a place I can call my regular barber shop. Thank You again Joey for squaring me away before I head off to Annual Training with the National Guard. I will most definitely be sending more customers your way. On a side note sorry for leaving my water bottle sitting next to the coat rack. See you again when I get beck from GA on the 25th of June. Take It Easy :)

I was really excited about The Shave when I saw that it was on the square and had 5-stars, but what I experienced definitely did not meet my 5-star expectation. My haircut was average; I didnt feel like my barber took the time to understand how my hair worked and just gave me a stock hair cut. He was a cool guy, but I could tell how overworked and exhausted he was. Im definitely going to try other barber shops before I come back.

I went in yesterday for the first time to use a gift certificate I got for Christmas. These guys know their stuff! Joey treated my brother and I right! Their service is spectacular and they strive give their customers the best experience possible. The classic shave with the straight razor is a dying art and these guys are in a league all their own in the shaving world. I cant recommend them enough!

I had Aaron cut my hair and trim my beard. I had previously tried several other "barber shops" around town, but I have no need to look anywhere else. Shave is where it is at. There is a great feel to the place, good conversations, and well, basically, its just a great place to go. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get a cut, trim, or shave.

Walked in on Wed. afternoon the place was full which made me think this place has got to be good. Made an appointment with Brandon for Thurs. because they were so busy. Brandon cut my hair just as described which may people before him had tried and failed. Great vibes at this joint glad I found them.

I am a regular at Shave. Joey has been taking care of (whats left of) my hair for what seems like years now, ever since he opened up shop on the Murfreesboro Public Square. These guys will take care of you with every personal touch imaginable. I cannot recommend Shave Barber Lounge highly enough!

A distinctly manly shop (you can smell the testosterone and Suavecito when you walk in the door). Six regular guy barbers knocking out consistently sharp, regular guy haircuts, one after another, but always with style. Joe has an especially light touch with a straight razor.

Went in there at 5:56 for a flat top. They told me I have to come back tomorrow. Their business hours are posted, "open till 6:30." I am not going to try to guess how early I should be there. If I was there before 6:30 they should have cut my hair.
