I called Sunday afternoon for an appointment the next day at 330 and informed them I would be dropping my car off after hours. When I went to pick it up after work, they had no idea who I was. Ok...not a huge deal, I took some blame because I didnt use the dropbox for my key. Still...no record of my information or appointment??? So I waited. I gave them extensive information about what I needed done and what I had already done to the car to try to solve the problem. I only needed them to tell me why my wifes A/C was not blowing cold. It would be a $10 charge to diagnose. They came back and told me that they couldnt diagnose it because the radiator fan wouldnt come on. I told them I just replaced it the week prior and it worked for me even though the engine light for it was on. I would assume then that I wouldnt have to pay for something that wasnt done and that I gave information about both post and prior to the "work". So I paid for nothing and left. I come out to drive away and notice that sunshield on the dash was not taken down, but instead literally crammed over to the other half of the windshield. Cant even fully take it down? Seriously? Seems I was just a bother for not wanting anything fixed but diagnosed. Oh and by the time I got home....the fan was running to cool the radiator.

I went there awhile back to get my tires fixed (as the previous owner had stripped the lug nuts and bolts), and I took it at around 4 PM in the afternoon and was told it would take only a small period of time to fix and I agreed to wait. Little to my knowledge they didnt even bring my car into a garage until 5:20, at which they left it there and did nothing for about 20 more minutes. In the end it was about 6:30 and I had my car back. The work was good but it seems like they werent doing ANYTHING to my car for at least an hour and a half after I brought it in. I was not updated on how long it would take at all, I was not told it would take longer than expected. The guy in the store never even looked at me again after I sat down until the car was finished. If you want to get something done in a reasonable time (or at least within the time you are given), do not go here.

The wait time here is pretty long, knowing that they stay pretty busy. What has me offset is the prices, they are really high. I originally brought my car here for services on a Sunday because they were pretty much the only one open. I got here 5 hours before closing and the associate told me that they probably wouldnt be able to get to my vehicle that day but I was more than welcome to wait. My response was, "Wait in my tent?". If you cant do same day service on a Sunday dont bother. Just for an alt and battery replacement was almost $700, yeah...no. Literally had my vehicle towed away from this place. My fleet work might be done here but my personal choice will definitely not be here, if not for price alone.

I went about three weeks ago to get my brake pads and rotors changed before vacation, so I dropped it off at 3 30. They told me they were busy so they would have it ready at close. When I arrived they told me the rotors were good and only charged me $200 instead of $400. I was excited until the next day I noticed my brakes squealed way worse than before. Firestone if anything made my car worse for the low price of $200. The rotors needed to be changed, but I truly believe they went unchanged for the fact of them wanting to go home so they half assed my car

I definitely recommends Firestone to my friends. I discourage any of you to go to this shop to avoid getting ripped off due to your limited knowledge. Few attendants are dishonest and will take the advantage of you and rip you off, to make out their bonus. also, If you like the place and would go there, avoid to deal with Kevin, as he will either rip you off or will get you pissed. I been with firestone for 10+ years. Since I moved a year ago and been using the smyrna location, but I believe it is the time to go back to the root store.

DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY. in tucson these techs are very good at what they do. helpfull and honest. this location was completly different. when i left from getting an allignment dont, the allingment was worse than when i took it in. front end almost an inch pulled to the right. rear end over a quarter in to right. way off. steering wheel is cocked to the leftvreally far. when i called they said we dont fix those problems. and i quote " we wouldnt even know how to reallign axle under vehicle" . dont do it guys. find some where else.

Do NOT take you vehicle there. I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle there. I took my truck there to get the some work done, spent over $500 and they blew my engine. Ive been getting the run around about them fixing my car and they claiming they are not liable so now Im taking them to court!!!! Again stay away from them!!!! All the stuff youve heard about Firestone its TRUE. They will NEVER get my business or anyone else I know. I should have went to Tire World. Again DO NOT take your vehicle there!!!!!!!

Thank you Kevin for being completely rude. Talk to me like I was an idiot because I didnt know what kind of oil can be in my car since its new! Tried to charge me 100 for an oil change then proceeds to laugh about me to his co worker as Im checking out. Tells me they only put 4 cyl. In when my car was 6cyl. I will NOT be going back. Try to take complete advantage of me and my money. Keep in mind I got it changed a few months ago there for 58 and now all of a sudden its 100.

I have been going to Firestone for decades. I followed management from the Murfreesboro location to the Smyrna location Any issues that have arose have been dealt with. They always offer proactive solutions and are not put off when I decline them. I have a couple of high mileage vehicles and they have on more than 1 occasion kept these vehicles on the road. I actually do recommend friends and family to this Firestone location

They will swindle you and try to get every last dollar they can out of you. I feel extremely taken advantage of. Theyre friendly and all but they 100 percent took advantage of me knowing I dont know much about cars, and on top of that straight up lied to me saying I needed to add a $40 oil change to my thousand dollar bill even though I had 1000 miles left before my sticker mileage. Extremely dissatisfied

Service takes way too long for just an oil change and is the same price as any other place for an oil change. Customer service isnt the worst but also isnt satisfying. The only reason I came to firestone was for the buy one get one free deal, for the oil change. I am back again because the oil plug was not on properly and is leaking oil. I will never come to this place again.
