Ive been going here for years and Jeff is one of the most honest guys out there. Yesterday however, I went in for an oil change and Jeff was NOT there....lots of other people were. The job was done in less than 5 minutes, my fluids, air and so forth were never checked and it was the first time I ever walked away thinking my oil hadnt been changed and I just got ripped off. The ONLY reason I didnt say anything was out of respect to Jeff. I have had a few questionable moments in the last year (nothing to do with oil changes and when Jeff wasnt there) so I have made it a point to make sure I dont go in unless Jeff is there....except yesterday and I have to say it wont be a mistake I repeat
