Made an apt. During the week it was set for Saturday. I explain my situation and this was the only car I own I raise 3 kids on my on I have to b able to get to work n my kids back and forth to school . Guy was real genuine said maam if u bring your car in early Saturday morning Ill get it done for you by Saturday evening .I was ecstatic on how understanding and willing he was to help me......... UNTIL ....... I called to check on the vehicle around 8:30 am they hadnt looked at it yet. I figured that.. but I wanted to make sure they received the key I placed in the dropbox. I call back around noon. They still dont know he says . I call back at 3. Keep n mind that they are supposed to call you before fixing it to make sure you have the funds. Im thinking by now somethings wrong with the car or they have started n I dont know how much it would be to fix.so at 3 when I called back the man says Ive called you 4 times and your mailbox is full. I had no missed phone calls and my mailbox relieves messages.....so they tell me its to late to fix the car today because we couldnt get a hold of you. The man on the phone was very RUDE blaming it on me because I give them the wrong number. He had a bad tone a demeanour. Very upset I said I would be there to pick up the car shortly. When I get there I ask the man for the envelope they have u fill out your info on when putting a key in the drop box. I knew I had written the right phone number. When I point out to him that I had indeed given them the right number he was upset. Saying this isnt my fault I cant fix the car today . Rude as could be. Then says let me get my boss. Please do. As he comes out and I mention it to him he tells me it was a mistake theres nothing we can do about it. Reminding him of what they had told me . Names on both of their shirts was Mike. I would NOT recommend flex tune to anyone . You were both cocky. Your office was out of order. And kno one knows how to read numbers. This business is not ran professionally and you have bad communication skills . Save your time go somewhere else.!

Another place that just cant work on a Land Rover. Left the vehicle for 7 hours for a job I was told would take two and then was sarcastically told "thats why we didnt call, we were not finished". I needed a module calibrated, a child could do it in 30min. Give me the dealer level diagnostic tool and I could have done it in 5. They calibrated a module that had little to do with it. The same fault light is on that was one when I took it in and the only difference is that I am out $90. This is why you cant own a Land Rover in the area because there are no problem solvers in the area, only parts replacers. Mikes condescending attitude sucks, I wish I had put the cost on American Express so I could back charge it. If you need brakes on your for Taurus then this might be a good place to go.

I would NOT take my vehicle to this place for service. They said my wiper blades were worn and needed replaced. I had just placed NEW wiper blades on the vehicle. I would NOT trust them with more intricate service needs if they dont know a new blade from an old one. They also stated the tires had excess wear, I took it for a second opinion, guess what, they do NOT have excessive wear.

Flextune.....I have been doing business with this group for years. They dont play games. They do the best work and educate you on issue. They have always been professional and respectful. I now drive two hours for them to work on my vehicle because they are dependable and do quality work. Will never let any other business work on my vehicles. Mike and the crew are great.

They are not trustworthy, very first service treat you kind of well, when you trust them, take advantage of you. Even they are not consistent with their quote, once I got a quote and just repeated it 2 weeks later, offer 20% higher than the first quote
