They did good work on my engine and I had my car in shop through warranty. I spoke with Maria or Gizelle and they told me about the $150 deductible which I had no problem with since there was a new engine going to be put in my car, when we first talked they offered theyre towing services but NEVER mentioned anything about a towing fee until 2 weeks later until I came to pick my car up from the shop at the very last minute...Even when they called and told me my car was ready for pickup no one mentioned anything about $71.00 dollar towing fee and I felt like it was a mishap of someone trying to get over because all towing fees should be charged up front and not when my car is fixed and ready for pickup so I was angry about that but I did agree to pay it on my next pay date which I will do but the lack of communication was unprofessional and I work in customer service.Like I could have used my insurance to get it towed for free, but it just does not make sense to me that I have to pay a towing fee of $71.00 2 weeks after the fact when they tell me my car is ready...I feel like I should not have to pay a towing fee because nobody was up fromt and straight up about it, but i will because i tood them i will do so, but getting only one star from me due to that experience i had when i visited the shop

I prefer to keep my comments to myself but I waited 4 to 5 hours for a diagnostic to be completed. Then cost me 2 hours to come back to pick up wheel locks they kept. Your time is drained here as it seems.
