UPDATE: I always want to be fair when writing reviews, so it is my pleasure to share an update regarding a prior unfortunate episode in March 2016. On Wednesday April 20th, I received a phone call from a new service advisor named Nikki. Nikki took the time to apologize for everything that occurred during my prior visit. She took the time to explain that there had been an issue with a now-former employee who did not always do things the right way. Nikki had spoken with her manager and was very gracious by offering to make the situation right. I agreed to bring my vehicle from Chattanooga back to the Kenilwood location on Friday at 11am. By 5:30 pm that same day, my vehicle was ready to go. The light-detail work to ensure the vehicle was clean is a nice touch. More importantly, my vehicle was now working as expected. Honestly, it wasnt about a car repair. What brought me back to Eurofix was the professionalism of the staff, from the front of the house to the garage. THIS is what I have come to expect from Aaron, TJ, and the guys who built this business from the ground up. Ten years ago, I brought my rough-riding Saab into their warehouse in Franklin during the Saab Shop days. They treated me like my business mattered and their prices were always fair. I always promised to remain a customer from that point forward. Thanks to wonderful people like Nikki, I cannot wait to bring my other vehicles to the shop. You could genuinely tell that she did her homework and she works very hard to help her customers in any way possible. You cannot put a price on elite customer service along with expert mechanics, quality repair care, and knowledgeable service advisors. So much so, that I would rather drive (or tow) my vehicle two hours away to Eurofix for any repair needs. And thanks to professionals like Nikki, I will continue to be a customer.

Amazing customer service despite an unhappy ending, which was NOT Euro-fixs fault! I took my 1998 VW Jetta to Eurofix for service because the air conditioning stopped working and there was a transmission leak that I had been chasing with the VW dealership for at least 6 months. Unfortunately after servicing the AC to check for leaks, it was determined that the compressor was shot. Nikki (service manager) tried to find a reconditioned compressor to no avail and I deemed a new compressor was too expensive to put in such an aged car. Next the transmission leak was addressed by replacing the transmission pan gasket and refilling the ATF. The leak did stop however, this service unfortunately opened a Pandoras box. Once the transmission leak was properly fixed and the fluid was replaced and was at the correct level the transmission began to slip. I took the car home and the slippage got worse.I called Eurofix and Nikki had the car towed, at EuroFixs expense to see if there was anything that could be done. In their defense servicing an 18 year old transmission is risky at best. Once the car was back at Eurofix ,the head of the service department and the original mechanic went over the repair again and determined everything was repaired properly and the transmission was at end of life. Branch, the service manager called me and delivered the unfortunate news that the transmission was no going to perform any better. He did so in a professional and compassionate manner. In the end I would definitely use Eurofix in the future. Everyone there is professional, friendly and honest. They keep a clear line of communication open, There is never any deception and their prices are respectable. Their customer service goes above and beyond and that is hard to find in todays world.

Eurofix is simply the best repair shop in Nashville for your european auto. Their elite staff has years of experience in the industry, and it shows. Over the past 10 years, Eurofix has been my go-to shop for two BMWs; I have grown to trust their work implicitly. Beyond superior workmanship, Eurofix provides the absolute best in customer service. My recent client advisor, Nikki, has been amazing - shes always in touch, always knowledgeable and prompt, and shes always gone the extra mile. For example, my car was in for service on the day of an important black tie event. I was appreciative of the loaner Eurofix provided, but this night required something a little more...black tie. Nikki reached out to Stokes Rentals (a sister company of EuroFix) and helped me secure a new Porsche Boxter for the evening. They arranged dropoff/pickup times that worked with my busy schedule, even though it was outside of their usual business hours. The following Monday, I had my car back in perfect condition. What you get at Eurofix goes beyond the repair. Its not easy to find the blend of courtesy and competence thats on offer everyday at Eurofix. The team Aaron Stokes has assembled is world class in every regard. Whether your european vehicle just needs an oil change or if it needs major repair, give Eurofix a call. They will get the job done right, and you will receive superior courteous, prompt service. I unreservedly give Eurofix my highest recommendation. P.S. 09/10/16 Set up an appointment to get an oil change, my brakes checked and also just wanted my car to be inspected in general. Great customer service, quick oil change and provided great explanation of potential fixes that I may need to watch out for in the future but assured me my car was running well. EDIT: 04/07/17 I went back for the second time to get my oil changed, fix a headlight and get a quote for new tires. They quoted me: $1200 for new tires then a list of other maintenance to be done with a grand total of $2,237. I am 25 years old and there is no way I can just chuck out $2237 worth of maintenance on my car that is worth about $10,000. I had the dealership where I bought the car quote everything that was on the list of maintenance and the quote was about $900 cheaper at the dealership. Eurofix did say that if I get the dealership to itemize a quote they will beat it by 10%; Id just prefer to go somewhere where I can trust fair prices from the start. Then to top things off - I go to pick up my car and it was sitting in their parking lot with the lights on. I had them change a headlight and they mustve left the lights on all day so my battery was drained. I still appreciate the time they spent to explain to me what needed to be done to my car and why - but the quote was absolutely ridiculous compared to many other sources I found and leaving the lights on was careless.

I brought my car in because it was dipping at stop lights and had white smoke coming out of the tail pipe. They ran a smoke test, said the intake hose was split and needed to be replaced. They replaced the hose and I was told it was still dipping but, after running it a little it would stop. What?
I was taken aback because on the phone they made it sound like it was fixed and ready to be picked up, while at the same time telling me they didn't take care of the problem. Kind of like "We replaced this and you're all set." Then when I come to pickup, " And you still need more work done."
When I got there, I got the list of things needed to be replaced that included: air mass meter boot, valve gaskets, and other parts unrelated to the idle problem.
Take it for what its worth but, I'm $360 lighter and I still have the same problem with the engine dipping while at stop lights. I gave it two stars. PROs: they have a free rental service if you spend more than $150 on your car. CONs:They charged me $50 over what 3 different BMW Dealerships would have charged for a smoke test. And, the whole reason I brought my car in, the idle problem, was said to be fixed but when I got there I was given a list of other things needing repair.
Smoke from tailpipe was deemed not to be a concern.
