I called ahead to see how busy they were, as I knew I had a nail in my tire and it was flat. When I got there, I mentioned I needed an oil change too, if it wouldnt take too long. I had my son with me, and knew it would be difficult waiting. While polite, the lady at the front desk said it shouldnt take more than an hour. About an hour waiting, the lady says that they cant patch the flat and I needed a new tire. She hesitantly said the nail was "too close to the front"... With an already impatient child, I agreed to whatever was quickest to get out of there.. in hindsight, I KNEW the tire could be patched. It was not close to the front wall of the tire, it was practically in the middle of the tire. I wasnt in the mood to deal with it, and figured I would be leaving soon. Another hour and fifteen minutes later, I finally left. As I turned the car on, the dashboard lit up with warning signs. The front tires were low on air and I was low on cleaning fluid. The PSI in the new tire was 10 pounds higher than my usual standard of 31. While not over the limit, its still annoying that Ill have to take more time out of my day to get all of my tires on a comfortable level. I will also have to go to an auto parts store and finish up. This will be my last time visiting the store, and Firestone in general. Ive gone to three different Firestones, all with mediocre to low results. I would have appreciated if the mechanic noted low fluid and other concerns, as I would have gladly paid to fix it. Instead, I overpaid for unnecessary services, waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to receive substandard results and will still have to spend more time/money personally working on my car.

While the staff is friendly and I have no complaints with how they treated me, I will never bring my car here again. I waited an hour and a half for an inspection, as I suspected a loose bearing or alignment issue, only for them to tell me I needed both bearings replaced as well as ball joints in both sides of the front end. I told her I just wanted to do the bearings, as my car is 10 years old and I would be selling it soon. She again emphasized both bearings were bad, and said it would cost $898 just for those, another $400 for the joints, and a total of $2,800 in recommended additional fixes. I told her there was no way I was paying that on a 10 year old car, and immediately went down the road to my mechanic. The only reason I didnt go there first was due to them not having an alignment machine, in case thats what my car needed. He said only one bearing was bad, and the list of other problems Firestone gave me was up selling. Total cost with parts and labor at my mechanic is $370, and he will have it done this afternoon. This isnt the first time Firestone has tried to sell me unnecessary parts. About a year ago I needed a flat tire replaced, and they tried to tell me I desperately needed to replace my other tires. When I told the salesman I replaced those very tires as that location 2 weeks prior, he lost his game face and stopped talking. FIND A PRIVATE MECHANIC YOU CAN TRUST BEFORE COMING HERE!

Second time here only because I believe in second chamces. Was seconnd vehicle in at 8 am. Oil change and adjust parking brake. Took until 2:30pm to be completed. So I thought. Mechanic did not know how to remove key from a manual vehicle so he yanked it out further damaging my ignition cylinder (not the first time). Unable to prove mechanics have damaged it so I will have to foot the bill to have all locks redone (oh yeah vehicle has a chip security system so will cost around 1800 to have done). When I got home and engaged parking brake my vehicle started rolling down driveway. Luckily the woman behind counter refunded my money, but the mechanics are incompetant and slow. I doubt that one is ASE certified. The first time i came here was for tires and an oil change. 7 hours later they forgot to do the oil change I had just paid for. My vehicle will never go here again. Even to put air in tires. The people behind counter have been great. The mechanics need new jobs. Wish I could do this quality of work and stay employed.

Staff was dismissive of me, the customer, talked down to me, shook head at me when I asked a simple question, and wondered why I told him to forget what I said, and that we were wrapping things up. Had the audacity to ask "Is there something wrong?". Yeah, dont be a smart Alec to your customers face, and dont try to aggressively sell me new tires when only two have issues that need to be fixed under partial warranty. Ill deal with my warranty issues at another Firestone. While Im generally pleased with my experiences at Firestone, I would recommend avoiding this particular location for the time being. Ive had luck with the one off of Franklin Pike, and extremely good experiences with the one a short distance away in Franklin, TN. I just happened to be in the area and was due basic tire services. To Firestone, Id pay attention to Pablo (I believe his name was; younger heavy set guy up front). Hes going to run off your less reasonable repeat customers much less new ones.

I took my car in to get a tune up at this firestone. They charged be $600 to replace the spark plugs and wires. When I got the car back it was running beautifully! However, after about 20 minutes of driving and one speed bump the car started misfiring. After a few miles I looked under tho hood and saw that one of the spark plug wires had come undone and the sparkplug was shooting sparks to the engine. I recapped it, and after another few miles it happened again. When I unplugged and looked at each spark plug wire I saw that only 2 out of 6 had been replaced, the rest were the same as they were when I went in there. I went back to tell them that they messed up severely and was blown off! 3 hours later and they still havent even looked at my vehicle! They told me as soon as they can get to it theyll call me and let me know if it really is the wires. They treat their customers like idiots without any form of respect. DONT GO HERE

These guys are a leading example of bad business in the auto industry. Anytime you take something in, the customer service is annoyingly dismissive right off the bat. They are always slow and the chubby dudes behind the counter are always wise cracking. When they fix your car, they will patch it up so whatever you had fixed will break something else sometimes in under a weeks time and youll have to come back and get it fixed by them again. They have no problem trailing oil or breaking miscellaneous things around the interior of your car in the process, and not owning up to it. I understand competition in the area is high, but patching up your clientels automobiles to get them to come back isnt the way to get more service. These guys thrive on ripping off the immigrants in the area and if you want your car in good hands... avoid this place. Low integrity, bad customer service.
