Went to Midas with particular symptoms in my car and they partially fix the car then charged me $ 885 to put in 2 sparks plugs and 4 coils and oil change then send me home and the engine light started showing immediately and the same sound that was produced by my car initially which was the main diagnosis that took me was still the same so i had to take it back and this time they said it was the catalytic Converters and charged me another additional $ 998. Now that being said they should have taken care of this when i first got there but they did not so i can come back and pay more. The knew manager is not as crooked as the one i found at my first visit but they over priced everything and i would not recommend anyone to visit them and if you have too shop around for a second opinion before you let them touch your car. They are over priced and not trust worthy. later the knew manager took good care of the car but i am still almost $ 2,000 in debt for something the first manager Robert should have taken care of in the first place and i would have me a second trip and the extra expense. They did not keep the diagnosis codes so they could not prove that the first and the second diagnosis was the same. Make sure you get your diagnosis codes always. TOO EXTREME EXPENSIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited this store for an oil change and tire rotation. They performed a courtesy check and offered to replace my air filter and balance my tires to fix a small issue that I mentioned I was having. The oil dip stick broke, which was not their fault... my car is almost 20 years old. They ordered a new one however when it arrived it was the incorrect size. I found one online and had it shipped, they paid for the new dip stick and replaced it for me as well. I am very pleased with the store manager, Ryan, and Brian, who worked on my car. They were both pleasant, extremely professional, patient, and apologetic for my visit taking longer than expected while waiting for my parts to be delivered to the store (and a mishap along the way.) I appreciated the explaination of needs for service that my car required, as I have zero knowledge in this area! I can say with certainty that I have not recieved customer service to this high of a standard in a long time and I will forever visit this store for any of my car needs. Thank you for the great service!

I have gone to them many times to have my oil changed and had no issues. This past time I informed them that I needed to have my brakes checked. They stated that I needed brake pads and that was it. They did mention something else but they stated that they wrote everything up for me so I know what else needs to be done - NOT informing me that my car shouldnt be driven AT ALL due to no breaks working. I then called another mechanic because my brakes werent braking. Another mechanic informed me that I had 50% break pads (dont need new pads) and that I needed completely new brakes and that legally I shouldnt be driving my car at all on the road. Midas didnt tell me anything of the sort - I couldve killed someone or myself. I dont trust them at all. The guys at Midas either dont know what they are doing &/or just dont care.

They dropped my windshield wiper arm on my windshield and cracked it. Then before they let me see my car, they made me sign several papers. When I got my car back, it had a big crack on the windshield under the wiper arm. I went inside to complain, and they said they didnt do it. I called the regional director. He said they wouldnt pay for it and it wasnt their fault. But yes, it was, and they should have. I got the BBB forms to file an official complaint but never got around to it. They cost me another $150.00 for windshield replacement. THATS the Midas touch. STAY AWAY!

The exhaust on my 97 Jetta split in half on a Saturday afternoon and I really didnt want to miss any time at work on Monday getting it fixed. After calling all the shops I could find I walked into this place and they set me up with an appointment right away. They were able to fix me right up before closing and the price was quite reasonable. The time I saved by getting it done on a Saturday nearly paid for it. I will come back for any more jobs that are beyond my abilities.

Called in to set up an appointment on Monday. The person who answered the phone said we could set up for Wednesday, so I had him schedule me for Wednesday. I show up Wednesday and the people at midas said there is no appointment for me. I showed him the number I called and he verifed it was their number. Poor organization by these people.

Great service! I was making a 9 hour car trip when I got a low tire just south of Nashville. I call this Midas and they got me in as soon as I arrived and had me back on my way very quickly. Friendly staff and were very good at explaining the issue. Also heard them give good (honest) opinions to other customers waiting.
