Ive been taking vehicles to Nolensville Auto Care since moving into the area in 2006. Donnie is fantastic. He has always been fair and more than accommodating. Repair prices are based upon the NAPA Shop Manual, so they arent arbitrarily pulled "out of the sky" and are based upon industry standards. At one point, they even allowed me to bring a compressor I purchased from a junkyard to them and pay them the labor for the install and I can honestly say the A/C is my vehicle was AWESOME afterwards! When the motor in one of my vehicles gave up the ghost Donnie called around and found a couple of used motors from salvage yards, and when my wife wouldnt let me spend the money to put my favorite old car back on the road Donnie let me keep it at his place for over a month at no charge until I found someone to purchase it. Not sure what specifically happened to the guy who posted the negative feedback here, but Im sure if he had shared his concerns with Donnie every effort would have been made to make things right (provided his claims were valid and demands for remedy werent unreasonable). At the end of the day if a business doesnt operate with the highest degree of integrity in a town as small as Nolensville youre out of business pretty quick. Based upon the number of years Nolensville Auto Care has been around Id say this was a case of someone who either didnt bring his disappointment to Donnies attention or he was looking for a miracle instead of a repair. If youre looking for people who still do business in America like your grandparents did (honest and hardworking), then this is the place for you.

My third time back was a very positive experience. They all have been. I had two wheel studs that broke trying to change my tire on my daily driver. I called three garages on a Sat morning. Donnie was the only one that said he could get the job done that day, everyone else said come in Monday. Got my car in and was out in four hours. NOT BAD, considering he didnt even have to take me. Even though it was a small job, we have taken vehicles to him in the past for bigger jobs and have been just as satisfied. Locally, he is our preferred garage, though we have another one we use that we like just as good, further out. Nicest part was he didnt charge us a full hours labor for his time. Good guy who will do you right, if you show respect. Side note, when calling ask for Donnie, his receptionist isnt very on top of things.

My truck rides so smoothly after its time at this shop! Im visiting family for the holidays and brought the truck here from out West with a terrible-sounding grind in the transmission. A shop back home had given me the go-ahead to do the drive, partly because they didnt see it as an urgent fix, but also because pulling out the transmission is a royal pain. I heard no such whining at this shop. These guys were professional and thorough. They also took care of a couple of other issues (an oil leak and a sticky parking brake) with no fuss and at low cost. Kept me informed the whole time and didnt make me feel like a tool. Id go back in a heartbeat.

Having my car repaired at Nolensville Auto Care was the worst experience I have ever had with any car repair. The work that was performed was done at a sub standard level. They charged me for work that was not done. When the car was reassembled part were left out. After taking the car back three times the problem was not corrected. This was a big waste of time and money. I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to Donnies place for several years, with a couple of different cars. Although weve had a few tricky car problems over the years, weve always come to a workable solution eventually and I have _never_ felt uncomfortable or ripped-off. In my experience, these guys are good at making "judgment calls" when you are dealing with a "second" car. They focus on safety and dont push extras on you.

After they took care of me promptly on several tire issues as a walk in customer, I decided to try them on leaking transmission cooling lines. They ordered the same parts the dealer would have ordered. I dropped it off Sat. morning and by noon, it was done at less than half the price of the dealer. Great job guys.

These guys are awesome - The make it happen! They get you just what you need with NO Oversells! They are kind and communicate excellently, conveniently located and have a NIGHT DROP off provision.
