I made a telephone call to Cirrus Outdoor Power Equipment ref; Tractor package, advertised on their web-site. A new Kubota L-3901, front end loader, 6 Rotary Cutter and a 20 trailer, duel axel, with electric brakes. I drove from Springfield, Louisiana to Whitehouse, Tenn. and bought the packaged equipment from Chuck Norris. A first class person, polite, neat, extremely knowledgable, spoke clear and concise with always a smile. My first impression was the dealership. All equipment, that was outside was neatly arranged, grass was cut and plants to give the dealership a clean appearance. The building was new and upon entrance, equipment was neatly arranged and the interior was clean with no odor of gas and oil. The A/C was cool and comfortable. I approached a desk inside and made contact with the person I knew only as Chuck and like wise myself as Fred over the telephone. I said, to the man at the desk, "You must be Chuck and he replied, "You must be Fred." The chemistry jived. Chuck answered my questions and after business transactions (Bill of Sale, trailer title and tractor manuals) were out of the way. Chuck and I went outside, where the equipment was loaded on the trailer. Chuck explained the controls, operation of the tractor and the safety features of the tractor. Chuck made sure, that all belts to secure equipment on the trailer were properly installed and assisted me in securing the equipment. When I was ready to leave for my long drive back to Louisiana. Chuck put my mind at ease, towing a tractor in an unfamiliar area by giving me the best route, traffic conditions, and what weather conditions to expect while in route. A big smile, hand shake and have a safe trip home. A great dealership and sales person. Would I recommend Cirrus Outdoor Equipment ? "IN A HEART BEAT. As a note: I have made additional telephone calls to Cirrus Outdoor Equipment with questions, that needed answering. Each time I had no problem getting the correct information.

We have been customers of the previous owners, the one located in White House, for 26 years. However, Cirrus bought it and corrupted it. We ordered a replacement deck for our lawn mower, which cost us $465 dollars, just the deck, no parts on it or anything, because we still had the old deck with the parts on it, the deck just rusted off after ten or twelve years. We are unable to remove the parts from the old deck, so this morning we attempted to return the deck, still in the box, never been opened. They REFUSED to take it back, said that it was a special order and they refused to take it back because they didnt want to pay to ship it back. Daddy told them that he was a Vietnam Vet, and dont they help out war Veterans and the General Managers response was No, we certainly do not. They were rude, no one wanted to help us, daddy is disabled and people could see me struggling to get his wheelchair out of the back of the truck, yet they didnt come to help, they didnt attempt to open the door for him, which is barely wide enough for the wheel chair, there are no seats for customers, the parts department people are rude and the one guy needs to retire. I said so youre telling me that we are stuck with an almost $500 deck that we cant use because you dont want to ship it back? His response was that we could pay them $75 an hour and they could attempt to take the parts off the old deck and put them on the new one. Disabled Vietnam Vet. Fixed income. All these people care about is making a new sale and making money. They dont give a crap about their customers of over 26 years!

I bought a Hustler Raptor Limited from Cirrus. I walked in on a Saturday, they were pretty busy so I had to wait awhile before anyone could get to me. I was eventually approached by Chuck, who was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the mower, financing, delivery and service. I decided to buy the mower and Chuck wrapped up the deal in no time. Chuck delivered the mower when promised and went over the operation of it so that a novice such as myself could understand. The mower was easier and more intuitive to operate than I expected. I havent actually mowed yet but am looking forward to it. My only small complaint, is a lack of communication. Dont get me wrong, Cirrus did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. However I was told that I would be called and updated as to the delivery, I received no call, and when I called, no one seemed to know any details, as Chuck was out of the office that day. They did call Chuck and he relayed that everything was still on schedule and I would get a call when they were on their way. No one called but they did show up as initially discussed when I bought it. So that is the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars. The type of person I am, the lack of communication causes a little nervous apprehension, but I got over it when I saw the mower in my drive way.

I bought my BX2350 from the owner in 2008. I was pleased with the purchase, the people that helped in purchasing, and the maintenance over the passed few years. That kind of experience does seem to exist anymore. I had a cooling prop on the trans break and needed it repair. I thought to do it myself but was told they would have to loosen the engine from its mounts and move it forward to get the shaft off and replaced the prop. The service writer checked with the mechanic on what the cost would be and he told me it would be 2 to 3 hrs. After borrowing a truck and trailer to get it down there and verifying what I was told the price would be, I was called the next day and told it would be 3 to 4 hrs. I took it there because I thought they would stick to there word because I bought it there. Nope. No such luck. It is 20 miles further than Hobdy Dye and Reed is from my home. But I try to be loyal. So went to pick it up and was told not only was it the 4 hrs of labor but they broke the Left guide lever handle and charge me to replace it and $11.33 in decals that were on the handle. So enter the Parts and Service center at your own risk. By the way, the engine bolts dont look like they were loosed and why would you have to take a rear fender off to loose the engine anyway?

Worked with Adam on purchasing a Kubota L2501 HST package. I am from Indianapolis so when I called to get a quote before driving down he was more than helpful. We did the paper work over the phone so all I had to do was show up and sign the papers. After making the 4 hour drive my wife and I were pleased to see that they had tractor sitting in the parking lot for me to test drive. In less than 30 minuets we signed the papers, loaded and on our way home with our new tractor. The drive was well worth the time. My local Kubota dealer did not offer a package deal with a trailer and their quote price was just at $100 more without the 20FT tandem axil I received. Great customer service! Thanks to Adam and his staff. You have earned my future business on tractor purchases.
