I took my car here in September 28th due to it overheating. ..they were very nice, checked it out and diagnosed the issue. ..initially, I was told it would take about a week for repair. ..by then end of October, my vehicle STILL was not finished. I was truly grateful that they allowed me to have my vehicle stored there until November 7th due to a financial emergency that didnt allow me to, at that time, got the almost 4k bill for my truck. ..I picked my truck up on November 7th and as we were driving over the next couple of weeks, we noticed hesitation at take off and it shut off on my spouse while he was driving. We took it back to AAC and they told my husband "it may just be bad gas because of it sitting all that time". He brought it home only for during the Thanksgiving weekend, it continued to hesitate and shut off on my twice within a 30 minute time period. On today, Monday, November 28th, my husband took my truck BACK to AAC at 8:40 a.m. He sat in the waiting area with no info given to him until attend 10:30, then he was offered a ride home. I called AAC at 12:53 p.m. and they HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT MY TRUCK! Mind you, I called them on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to let them know we were still experiencing the same issues and would be bringing it back in on the Monday after the holiday. It is now almost 3 p.m. and STILL havent heard anything from AAC. Im very upset.

Had a car posted for sale. Told the guy I was at work but would be there tomorrow but for him to call me immediately if someone else decided they wanted to come look at it and I would immediately leave work and come get the vehicle. Got there the next morning after working the night shift and was told that the car was there but was promised to someone else. (A friend of the owners.) Got strung along for two days telling me he was trying to get the other people to purchase a different vehicle and that he had spoke with them and they were fine with it. Two days came and was told they changed their mind and they wanted the original vehicle. Put me in bad predicament as I had turned other cars I had previously looked at down to obtain this one. The guys just flat out lied several times. Shady company that does shady business. Would definitely not recommend.

I own a business in Michigan and of course something always happens to one of our vehicles while out of state. One of our drivers was in Antioch Tennessee when our van had issues. Took it to the dealer in Antioch who wanted to charge us an obscene amount to fix the vehicle. I looked online and saw Antioch Auto Center LLC which had good reviews. I was nervous about going to a mechanic out of state but I called and spoke to Noel, who was extremely helpful and compassionate about our situation. I got the best service and they were able to fix my truck for way less than the dealer. In fact it ended up being less than their original quote by a lot. Fantastic service and quick! I would still be waiting at the dealer with my vehicle not in service losing money!! Thanks Antioch Auto!

We were traveling through town from a funeral on our way home to Northern Indiana when the belts broke on our car. Managed to get off interstate and were a block away y fro Antioch Care Rrpair. I must tell you it was 4pm on Friday afternoon and we phoned explained our delimma and were told to bring it in. They took a look at it, diagnosed the belt tensioner needed replaced, ordered parts fromocal NAPA who delivered, mechanic stayed past closing time to fix and get us back on the road. What a blessing! Thank you both! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, well trained, excellent mechanic.

I needed my truck tuned up and didnt want to wait 3-4 weeks to get it in to my usual shop that I use, nor did I want to tow it from Antioch to West Nashville. So, I called Noel at AAC. He told me to drop it off that night, which I did. By the time I visited them the next day both He and Jon had found the issue, mixed up spark plug wires, and timed it. It is now running great. I am very pleased with the service and timeliness of my whole experience. I now have a new shop on MY side of town that I feel is honest and will treat me like a real person. I highly recommend them!

Beware: They do not do conclusive testing on your vehicle! We have been using them for years and never had a problem until now. We took our care their for a fuel system issue. We were told the repair was $400. Imagine our surprise when we drove it out of the parking lot and saw it had the same issue still. They wanted to charge another $300 on top of what we already paid to resolve the issue that was already supposed to be fixed. They refused to stand behind their work or make it right. Wont be coming here again!

NEVER STOP HERE!! While passing through Nashville I stopped here because my car was overheating and expelling white smoke. Told it was a blown head gasket. They estimated the cost to be at least 2500 which is at least more than double the average cost to repair this problem. Had to tow my car the rest of my trip, costing me 600$ personally, to discover it was a blown radiator hose when I got home. The definition of attempted ripoff.

Just moved out of town and was trying to find a mechanic that I could trust, as its hard to find an honest mechanic these days. After reading many reviews I found Antioch Auto. Rocky and his team found my problem, fixed it, and had me on the road in a day. Way better than Firestone who wanted to replace twice as many parts and take 2 days to do it. I would recommend Antioch Auto in a heartbeat to anyone.

Were been using them for both personal and business for years. They have always taken care of us. Antioch Auto is the only company I would leave a credit card number with and tell them to charge what they need and know I wont be taken...and that says alot...Also a great company for Females who like me know nothing about cars....Give them a try!!!! You wont regret it....

Very clear genuine concern for their customers. The most trust-worthy mechanic Ive been to in a very long time. Follow-up after I posted 2 months ago: Ive been going to these guys for everything now. They know me, my car, even my dogs name. It is very clear they are in this business for the right reasons. I seriously dont know what I would do without them.
