The subs are super tasty but if you want them to change ANYTHING about the sub, prepare for it to be wrong. 1 in every 5 subs I order are right. I know its my own fault for going back but there is a distinct lack of fast non-burger type food in Spring Hill.

1st time they left off 3 sandwiches, 2nd time they left off 1 sandwich and 3rd time order messed up at the spring Hill, TN Firehouse sub, I will never go back there again. Even talk to manger and didnt even get a apology or refund.

Happy workers make for happy customers. I love the fun and witty banter that goes on during the ordering and delivery process. I will go back. Oh and the food is up to the high firehouse standards in taste.
