Menu Maker Catering catered my summer wedding on July 1st, 2012. The planning process was completely customized to what my husband and I wanted. Since his family was Cuban, we wanted to include a Cuban recipe for all of his out-of-town guests. So, we used his mothers Cuban Pork and Black Beans and Rice recipe. Not only did Callie Cottrell, their chef, cook a delicious American option of Pecan Crusted Chicken with a Creamy, Delicious Dijon Creme, She MASTERED the Cuban Pork and beans! Our Cuban guests could not stop raving about how authentic it tasted. It is very rare, if not close to impossible, to have Cuban food cooked well by a non-Cuban cook. Callie - we are highly indebted to you for your amazing cooking! The wedding day went by so fast and we hardly had any time to spend with our guests, but at the end of the day, our guests really enjoyed the food and will probably be talking about it for years to come. We could not have chosen a better caterer. Everyone there deserves a raise, including the owner, Mary Duncan Weary, for their attention to detail and ease of planning! :) Thank you for a job well done! (Oh and thank GOD for those take home boxes - if we hadnt had those, we would have never gotten to taste our wonderful food!)

Where to start - so consistently delicious! Too many favorites to name. Chicken Heaven Casserole is incredible. My absolute fave. Having eaten many grilled cheese sandwiches in my life, the Smoked Gouda Pimento is the best ever, off the charts! G. Moore
