I had heard great things about paladin. Sadly, It wasnt the case. I came in for an interview and was greeted by the entire staff who were all very friendly. They even offered to see if there boss would want me to work there as a recruiter. I was told at the end of the interview I would be reached out to next week on a follow up and with any potential jobs in line with my experience. Unfortunately that was the last that I heard from them. I hope they continue to provide better and better service down the road.

I took a contract through Paladin last year. Now, no access to W-2, all the phone numbers go to someone else or are no longer in service AND when a major corporation called to verify employment, they got no answer. When I call the main number Im told by a receptionist there is noone I can speak to, and that verification is done through a number which then provides a vmail saying fax or mail your request. This is NOT the way to do business.

Very very unprofessional. I was contacted to come in for an interview, then the morning of I received a text message asking to reschedule because she was sick only to be contacted by another person then her within the next few days to reschedule. I came in and was told I was a good fit and would be presented to the client and never heard from anyone at this agency again.
