The reviewer Monica is dead on point in terms of describing the service Adecco provides. I am not even joking when I tell you that I have called them for 5 weeks straight, at different hours, for extended periods of time and they picked up once in that entire time. Unless the place burned down and everyone was fired, I cant fathom a reason why they dont pick up the phone. The other Adecco offices in the area always pick up the phone, its just happens that this Richardson office is the worst service I have ever had the privilege to come across. I had their interview process and everything, but when it came down to finding a position, they just literally disappeared. Stay away, save your time and energy and go to Cornerstone staffing, they epitomise professional ethics.

Christine is very rude so i called to try to get the login for my employee portal and before i got intouch with them i asked very respectfully do yall jus let the phone ring because i called about 25 Times literally and no one answered till the 26 time she say what kind of question is that instead of jus say sorry we were busy and then I proceed to ask her a ? To get serviced for what I needed instead of letting me finish she talks over me so I asked to be helped by someone else she hangs up in my face I call back and she just being rude laughing and arguing with me I will never refer anyone there ever so unprofessional if I could rate no stars I would
