They Judge and discrimination is bad. Not worth applying with if you want fairness. I applied with cornerstone after being recommended to them by a major corporation they staff for. I was previously CEO/President of my own company for years they said I gave my own number which was the reason I waited 2.5 weeks to start a job after receiving an email from Iris saying all references were verified and she received word from the company that I got the job they wanted me to start which she called and told me this info. I called Excited 2 days prior to starting and was told they didnt feel my references were good enough.(personal reasons) Having years of experience and highly recommended cornerstone judged me personally and decided not to take the job back. Cornerstone said my personal contact number wasnt good enough very weird. Eventho I followed up everyday to be told they couldnt reach me. I have an email trail and phone call log to prove they are horrible. Sharing this information bc people need to be treated fairly instead of judged. If Im over qualified having achieved a lot in life sew me but allow one to work for the lowsy $14.50 an hour ..lol... who can live with this pay anyway surely not someone desiring above poverty level. This company is horrible

Cornerstone staffing company is very unprofessional and needs better training in their overall communication skills! I spent 3 hours in their office doing assessments and filling out all the paperwork thinking they were actually going to help me out and supposedly send my resume off for a customer service position but I heard nothing so after two weeks I see another job posting for a position I was interested and contacted the recruiter I interviewed with told her about the job posting I seen informed her I was interested, she told me she would get more details on the position and assured me she would call me back and she never did! I was waiting for a callback and I received NOTHING! Cornerstone it is very unprofessional to have someone waiting especially an individual like me who is ready and eager to get back to work, if you say your going to do something and you dont come through with it that is bad customer service! Dont waste my time and I wont waste yours! If in any way you can not assist someone in any reason in finding a job its very simple just to pick up the phone and call them back to let them know or simple enough just send them an email! That is the appropriate way to handle things NOT by leaving people waiting and waiting for nothing!

I went to cornerstone staffing in addison back in May. They found me a job really fast i give them that. I started to work at Caliber Collision Corporate Office. They started off nice, but then the office changed. They became bitchy and they even would tell lies on me to get me fired. They threatened to fire me, and i immediately told my recruiter Kimberly and she told her boss. Her boss called me and I told her everything. sHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE SHE WOULD HELP. No, she didnt help at all. A couple weeks later they fire me because they said that "someone" in the office said my computer was off and i was sleep. No i was not sleep, I was sick I was throwing up! But they were childish enough to listen to "he say she say". I didnt take off because my boss was in California at the time, so there was no way to get in touch. They called and fired me the same day. I was harassed the entire time I was there, and no one did anything about it. I will never go through this agency again and i would advise you not to either you are better off finding you a job on your own because I have and I got fired this past friday.

I highly recommend this office to anyone who is serious about finding a good job. I worked with Sherida from the first day and i have to say she was amazing. I received a detailed and thorough email prior to all my interviews, and she always followed up with me so that i was well informed during the process. As a single parent in dire need of a job that worked with my schedule, Sherida made sure i found a good job that allowed me to take care of my son. Im at my first assignment, and i have been talking with the others that i was hired with from various agencies and compared my experiences with each of them. I was one of the very few who had all the necessary information for work regarding the time sheet, pay checks, and other vital info. I watched some of the others i was working with stress and have to call their agency to get the info Sherida and the staff at this office made sure i had before my first day.

My experience with Cornerstone has been great.My recruiter is Kim Marmon,and from the beginning of my first initial interview until the finding of my job shes been great.She said that she would find something for me and she didnt stop until she did.With me, not having interviewed in eight years she made be feel comfortable with the whole process(because I was very nervous).Before going to the interview with my potential employer I had to call Kim because I was having problems taking the test that was needed for the job.I was just not gonna go because of the problems.Kim just told me to take a breath, gain my composure, and get my confidence level up because she knew I could do it.Well I did all of those things and the end result is I got the job!! Thanks so much Kim for everything you did to help me gain employment. YOU ROCK!!!!!

Since I was originally informed it would take approximately 2-3 hours to fill an application do some testing, the Richardson office sent me the tests to take via at home (library). The email I received from Cornerstone-Addison had me believing this was the main location, since thats who sent me an email informing me that I needed to come in for a face-to-face interview. I was there for over 2 hours, which was quite unexpected, plus I was using someone elses car. Maybe there can be more assistance with the receptionist when there is so many applicants coming at once. Or setting specific times for applicants to come in. For example, 5 or 6 at a particular time or day. It was quite hectic the day I was there. Shonte was helpful though and a joy to speak with. I like working contract jobs. I start my new position Monday, Feb. 1st

I worked with Tara Lang. She continued to tell me for over a month that my resume was set aside ready for an interview then the job positing vanished. No explanation of what happened or why I was not contacted for the interview. Nothing! I will never work with them again nor will I encourage anyone to use them. I got a job on my own and my employer likes to use temp agencies. After I informed them of how I was treated by Tara Lang as well as by Cornerstone they have been marked on the blacklist and will not be used by new employer to recruit. Lesson for you Cornerstone and Tara Lang, use you heads! You are paid to help people get jobs, if you screw us over when we are looking for positions, when we finally get a position we too will screw you over when we get a job.
