In Feb of 2016 I unexpectedly lost my job. I had previously used DES & knew immediately I wanted to give them a call to let them know that I needed their services again. I was instantly able to set up an appointment with Dobbs Sutton & welcomed with open arms. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Dobbs Sutton & Lisa Dickerson – two, AMAZING, women at DES. I am a single mother & the circumstances in which I lost my job were a complete catastrophe. I came into the DES office that day in tears & left with hugs & CONFIDENCE. There wasnt one day that I didnt feel valued & important. Dobbs & Lisa went above & BEYOND the expected scope of their job. They were active & persistent in my cause. DES found me a job that worked in PERFECT sync with my set skills. A job that I had only dreamed about. Because of DES, I come to work HAPPY Every. Single. Day. But wait! Their communications & constant encouragement did not stop when the job was found. We still chat to this day. DES isnt just a company - they are a customer devoted group of people of which I now consider lifelong friends. When I was terrified of how I was going to provide for my child, DES put on a cape & became our superheros! We love you DES!!!

Executive Consultants

Rude. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional and extremely outdated. Their staffs horrific attitude towards candidates and clients ... absolutely speechless. Discriminates against active/prior military members ... equally disturbing - they had the audacity to reducible a Hurricane Harvey volunteer for wearing pressed khaki slacks to her meeting well after stating to Tiffany she would be coming in straight from volunteering only to return to volunteer efforts after their meeting - mind you this was NOT an interview, but a simple introduction as the client has been registered with DES for years prior to the military. Client was simply reaching back out to reintroduce herself to the new staff only to be thrown out by some aggressive chick sporting stripper-like fishnet-tights and a tacky sequin top that appeared to be purchased from Dollar General. Never again will I send them business. I strongly advise any and all companies seeking their assistance to find qualified candidates to do so via craigslist ... DES is not worthy of anyones business.

Id honestly give this a 0 star review, if it were possible. I got a referral from a friend whod recently been placed in her job through DES. The contact given was Kay Eubanks. I sent her an email with a little bit of an introduction and asked what were the next steps. She didnt respond to what I had written and asked for my resume, so I sent it and got a response saying she received it. A week went by and there was no further response. I sent an email asking if there was anything else I should be doing or if she had anything lined up for me. She responded saying she saw my resume and has nothing for me, and to check back later. Seeing as how this person was recommended by a friend and not some random website I looked at, I decided to take a slightly more aggressive approach and set up a phone call with her. In the phone call, I asked about how her recruiting process worked, and she asked me about my job at the time. She seemed very disinterested and rushed me off the phone. I never heard from her again.

Met with Karla who was really easy to talk with. I had a interview almost immediately and was told they liked me a lot. All of the sudden I never heard about them again never had another interview. I ended up going to another recruiter in Dallas who got me a interview the next day and I had a job offer the next week. DES didnt really help me- not sure what happened. DES contacted me 3 months later letting me know about an open temp job. I let them know i was employed and they had the nerve to ask me where after blowing me off previously. WOW.

Im a client of theirs-- called, left messages, emailed the recruiter, called again-- she called me back and left a voicemail swearing she never received my voicemails and my emails (mhm, riiiight), I call back not even 5 minutes later, get her voicemail yet again, leave a message and follow up with another email and still no response. This happened over a 2-3 week period. Read the reviews, people. They are completely unresponsive.
