Wow, where to even begin ! I came from a cosmetic retail background in search of a complete 180 degree career change. I started my process timidly and honestly without any direction in what I even was looking for as far as career goals; basically I just had a strong idea of what I did NOT want. Rob Macklin with PrideStaff assured me that this was as good a place to start as any and we began the process. Within 48 hours I went from a simple call to PrideStaff to an actual meeting with their incredible representatives like Jody and Ron to having my resume pushed forward to two possible hiring candidates. Within a week I was in the doors for my second interview with one of the candidates and later that same day I received a call that I had gotten the job! 3 business days later I was signing up for medical benefits and setting up my direct deposit. It has all happened so fast and so painlessly that I am just in awe that such an incredible and FREE resource even exists. It is truly a great feeling to know that you have a team of exceptional and professional individuals who are rooting for your success as well as your happiness. I do believe I have gotten an incredibly accurate fit as far as a career switch has gone, yet I have been passionately reminded that if for any reason I am not 100% satisfied with the position then to without hesitation pick up the phone and we can start the search again. Wow is all I can say. I went from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain to completely confident and at ease in a mater of 2 weeks. Im very excited I start my new corporate job on Monday and I cannot thank PrideStaff enough for allowing me to reach my undiscovered potential. They put the tools in your hands to find the career you have been wanting. I encourage anyone who has even contenplated looking for a career switch to pick up the phone and speak with any of these lovely team members at PrideStaff in coppell !! And did I mention the free coffee ?? :) Thank you PrideStaff !

PrideStaff allows discrimination against blacks. They have "slick" job postings that basically say "Mexicans Only" but they use language wizardry to try and not make it so obvious. They say their "clients" want this. I called and spoke with Julia from the Hurst TX office (The office that had the discriminatory job posting ad - it was on their site) and she said their client wanted only Spanish speakers for a warehouse job doing basic labor. Now think about it. This is the DFW and 99% of the Spanish speakers are Hispanic. This basically means no blacks or whites wanted. Although honestly I have seen companies with a lot of white employees use this wording to suddenly hire low wage labor and dont want to bother with blacks and this is how they get around it. Companies are using the temp agencies to DISCRIMINATE. They hide behind the agencies to do their dirty work. And Texas has a lot of temporary staffing agencies like this. My cousin who is Hispanic just got hired at one and she told me companies call up and request Hispanics all the time. They dont request the most experienced. They just request Hispanics. And the temp agency obliges. Its a dirty world out here people. WE MUST REPORT THESE TEMP AGENCIES WHEN THEY OPENLY ALLOW COMPANIES TO DISCRIMINATE.

I applied for a job and they contacted me over the phone and scheduled an interview with me. I called back later to just ask a few questions and they were so rude and disinterested in answering questions that I had to cancel the interview. I then got a follow up call that was extremely apologetic, so we rescheduled the interview. I drove out to the interview while I was currently employed at 2 different jobs and did the interview and was very polite and conversational with them, they werent very polite in the interview even, and then they refused to refer me to any employers because according to them I had a "bad attitude as evident by how tired I appeared" which didnt even make sense. I was still friendly with them and everything and they asked me to connect with them via linked in so they could refer me to anything if it became available, so I did that... And then they refused to accept the connection and refused to respond to my communications. This temp agency has left me with such a bad impression that Im not interested in doing any business with them.

The overall experience I had with PrideStaff was amazing, they are so helpful, nice and pay attention to detail! They make sure all the jobs they offer you, are fit for you! I worked with Jordy and Gabby, both are very professional and took the time out to call me if anything changed, came up or could possibly be of interest to me. Jordy wanted me to call her after my phone and face to face interviews to give her an feedback and updates on how everything went. I personally love that, it showed me that she actually cares and she wants to be involved with every step of the process. Within a week Pridestaff had three jobs for me to apply for, really good jobs! They dont judge you on your past and they take the time out to hear your story, that also made me feel good about choosing PrideStaff. I will recommend this staffing agency to anyone! Thank you PrideStaff for helping me out and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole journey!! :)

Where to begin. Well, I guess it all started back in 2011. I was place on my first assignment at Brinker Internation by Mary Sisler. It was a temporary position as we handled W2s, but it was a great and fun assignment. Once the assignment ended, it didnt take long before I was placed in another position. I have worked on many different assignments for PrideStaff and the entire team always looked after me. Wherever I was placed, I was asked if I felt comfortable in my position, did I feel it was something that I wanted to do, and so on. And if I ever didnt like a position or company where I was placed, I always had the option to terminate the assignment and request a new one. And here I am, 6 years later and now, I am a permanent employee with my latest position, at Tuesday Morning Corporation. I highly recommend that you visit with Jody, Mary and everyone else at PrideStaff. Theyre my family and will become yours too.

From the first time I stepped into the PrideStaff Office, I knew that was the company I wanted to build a working relationship with! Jody Nothcutt and the rest of the staff were extremely professional and that first impression has not changed since 2015. All the clients I have worked with and am working with through PrideStaff are quality companies. Every client interview Pridestaff schedules for me are positions that utilized my talents and strengths. Regarding pay: I receive fair pay for the positions I work. PrideStaff is a prominent company that I am proud to say I represent. I have easy access for help from all PrideStaff members and am very proud to say "I work for PrideStaff". I think the best way to tell others how I feel about PrideStaff is, I like working at PrideStaff so much that I recommend PrideStaff to my friends and family and many have begun working at PrideStaff, too.
