Deserving of every star!!! Before going into Cornerstone Staffing I hated dealing with staffing agencies because of the hurdles you have to jump over just to get a minium wage job that you are probably over qualified for. Cornerstone Staffing made it easy with the policies and procedures theyd set in place which made the recruitment and job placement process seem like a walk in the park. They provided a quick and easily online registration and made sure I was being offered the position that fit my financial obligations and my career goals. They even offered snack while I waited. I worked with Nicole Baker and shes simply the best. She had a friendly demeanor and was there to answer all my questions, no matter how silly! She made my outlook and perception of staffing agencies change long before I was offered potential opportunities. The interview process is done all in one day so expect to be in the office for about 2 hours. You will take assessments to highlight the skills youve worked so hard to acheive making it easier for your recruiter to find your work in a timely manner. Cornerstone is all about finding you placement as quickly as they can. In life your have to make a plan and if I ever need help finding an suitable work in the future I PLAN TO CALL CORNERSTONE STAFFING! Also to people who may be reading this, keep in mind not every company can be perfect so if you have negative things to say be modest of how your comments may potential harm someone else or their lively hood. Every opportunity that you are presented with in life is not for you. For every No there will one day be a BIG YES. I had a positive interaction with CornerStone and it was mostly because of Nicole and Ms. Beth at the front desk, the other reason is because I was blessed to find employment. I have already recommend friends and will definitely recommend others in the future. Thank you Nicole for all your continued efforts and taking the time to build a lasting relationship with me.

There is nothing but positive vibes from Cornerstone Staffing. Probably the best staffing company by far and that is no exaggeration. I was out of a job for a few months, and after applying to over 50+ jobs, i only got 1 or two job offers but wasnt really happy with the job arrangements (i.e. timings w/ schedule). I came across cornerstone online and emailed them the same day. The following day I was invited for an interview. Absolutley Clean, professional and lively location. I was interviewed by Ken Campbell and I am so glad that I had him as my Staffer. He was so calm, collected and really made my experience memorable. He asked me everything that I would want in a job. Within a week, He managed to find me the type of job I wanted. After the contract was finished within the following week I was setup for another interview. The sheer professionalism and urgency that Ken showed trying to find me my job is worthy of an award. Now I have a permanent job at an amazing company and its thanks to Ken Campbell and his staff. I can guarantee positive results so dont even waste your time with other staffing companies like Express Employment, or Adecco. Youll literally give weeks of your time and then not even get called especially with Adecco but thats for a different review.

After being in between jobs for a couple months I wish I stopped by CornerStone Staffing sooner. On my way home from an interview that went fairly well; I was hired however knew I wouldnt be satisfied with that position. I decided to stop by a CornerStone Staffing and was greeted by Nicole. I handed her my resume and expected from past staffing agency experiences for her to say something along the lines of let me see what we have, Ill be calling you in the next few days. Nicole skimmed my resume and said "I have a few job selections you may be interested in." We sat down and she provided job summaries for me to decide from. She was thorough on briefing me on what to expect on the interview. It only took that one visit at CornerStone and one interview for me. I highly recommend CornerStone Staffing; even during the course of being a temp they sent their representative to follow up with their temps several times at the job site. For the first time I can truly say I love my job. When I became a permanent employee and called Nicole I can tell she was genuinely excited for me.

I was told about cornerstone staffing from a good friend and sure enough, everything she described the people and atmosphere to be was above and beyond true. Jessica, their receptionist is such a kind and helpful young lady, she made me feel comfortable and ready to start! Nicole was just as kind and very informative. Everyone I met had a positive vibe and was incredibly professional. I had the honor of even working along side Jessica. They are all driven to help you meet your needs, they are willing to help and with a smile. I would highly recommend anyone to go through cornerstone to experience the same thing I did. Ive worked with one other staffing agency before, but the job they found for me wasnt ideal. I decided to give CornerStone Staffing of Richardson a try due to the reviews Ive read. I met with Christina Coroneos who was nothing short of fantastic. She was genuine and worked very diligently to find a job for me. Every time I had a concern, she responded quickly through email. Also, she was great with calling me to give me updates. In such a short amount of time, she was able to find me a job and I cannot thank her enough for the help and opportunity she presented me! Thank you so much Christina for your determination!! I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone in need of employment because the staff here is superb.
