I had a fantastic experience working with Jessy and Ari at GTN. I had not heard of the organization until receiving an email from Jessy who found me via my LinkedIn profile. I didnt expect much to come from it, but decided to respond and start a discussion with them anyway, as it can never hurt to explore ones options. Wow, am I ever glad I responded! They were very enthusiastic and supportive throughout the entire recruitment process. They never failed to keep me up to date on where things stood, and made me feel fully involved from start to finish. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had, and were accommodating of my schedule. The original email from Jessy turned into several phone screenings followed by in person interviews, and in the end I received a fantastic offer from their client company. I have nothing but good things to say about the individuals I worked with and the experience as a whole, and absolutely recommend this staffing agency to others.

I can only say nice things about my employment search experience with GTN Technical Staffing. I was referred by a friend who used GTN previously and was impressed. My first interview was professional and my interviewer listened to my needs. She was sincerely interested in my goals, not just focused placing me somewhere that had an opening. She was also honest about my chances for getting my desired work with my existing skills and experience. The GTN recruiting team (I worked with several staff member, all of whom were great) gave me an honest assessment of the available jobs, and how they matched my goals. They were understanding on the few occasions I declined to interview for an opening or position. I always felt they had my best interests at heart. In the end I got a job and company that I am very happy with. I recommend GTN Technical Staffing if you are looking for a technical, IT or web services job in the Dallas area.

Im disappointed with this technical staffing agency and their lack of response to potential candidates. I worked with Brooklyn on a potential job placement beginning on August 19th, before I moved down to Dallas on September 9th. The interview went well with the client and I was up for the second stage interview. I received a call from Brooklyn confirming that the client wants to conduct a second interview. Two weeks go by with no follow up call from Brooklyn. I called and emailed her a few times seeking updates but never received a response. Feeling frustrated, I called the main number and left a message. Miraculously, she called me back and stated that the client is working with another candidate. She stated that she will let me know at the end of last week or the beginning of this week whether the client wants me for a second interview. This is not how a staffing agency should operate.

As an employee of GTN, I couldnt ask for more than unlimited income. GTN is one of those rare companies that actually backs up the statement, "You get out of it what you put into it!" Not only do I have the potential to make a great income but I get to pass along the potential to the consultants as well. I have been in the Consulting Industry for over 12 years and it always comes down to the burden that consulting firms have on the placements that are made. GTN understands this and keeps the burden so low that everyone ends up winning. We are able to recruit the higher quality candidates because we can pay them more than the next consulting firm WITHOUT passing along the cost to the client so the client gets a high quality candidate at a great rate while the consultant gets a great pay rate. EVERYONE WINS! Makes my job so much easier!

In the IT industry, there are many talents for different types of tasks. Most of the time, it is hard to find the right assignment that will reveal your IT skills. I, personally, worked in the data center project management, and I had never seen such support from any company in onboarding me and helping with travel arrangements so I could focus on solving the clients problems. Also, GTN found me a great contract and made sure both sides were benefiting from this partnership. Thus, the recruiters in this firm do a great job compared to their competitors. The staff was always supportive when I had trouble contacting the clients. There was almost no problem with any of the tasks!

This is the most bigoted, single minded, rude, judgmental staffing company I have ever witnessed. My jaw dropped when I heard how their interview process was conducted through a close friend who applied for a position. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and sexist, they were unhelpful and judgemental of the individuals resume. My friend didnt want to leave a review but I could not stand everyone not knowing what a horrible company this is. They should fire their recruiters and look into actually finding staff with people skills and manners. I plan on telling everyone I know to NEVER deal with this company.

I had great experience working with Christine, Kori and Roxanne at GTN. I had not heard of the organization until receiving an email from Christine, who found me by a vendor . I didnt anticipate that much will originate from it, however chose to react and begin an exchange with them at any rate, as it can never hurt to investigate ones choices. Stunning, am I ever happy I reacted! They were extremely excited and steady all through the whole recruitment process. They never neglected to share the updates with me.

Susan Robart - is the rudest most judgmental recruiter I have ever dealt with in my professional career. If she stands as a product or representative of your company- you should really look into the people you hire to represent you. She is absolutely disgusting. Not everyone you come across will be "well" defined in the market you work in. There will be marks or blemishes that may need refining. If this was a perfect world your business would not exist. People skills for Susan Robart - ASAP.

I was contacted by Jessie. Normally recruiters are obviously just lifting the phone and trying to make their numbers. Jessie was different. She actually spoke to me at length about what I was looking for. She was most kind and considerate. I am sure this will carry her a long way.

I felt GTN treated my fairly and placed me into opportunities that fully utilized my technical knowledge. I am currently working through my second contract with GTN and plan to engage them on a third contract. An additional benefit is their group insurance policy.
