Last spring we had a quick hail storm which caused our roof to be completely totaled. I was bombarded with many companies wanting to win the business and repair my roof. Springtree Restoration was recommended to me by a friend, who also needed her roof repaired. I met AJ and was instantly impressed with his honesty and knowledge of the industry. Did you know anyone in Texas can repair your roof? Texas doesnt require companies to be licensed to make roof repairs. Also, he was completely professional and one of the only companies that gave me a typed proposal with a breakdown of all services. Nothing was padded in the proposal. I wasn’t ready to decide right away and he was very understanding and patient with me. The cost of a roof repair is very expensive and it was a major investment. After several other companies came and tried to win the business, I realized that AJ and Springtree were the only ones that I really felt the most comfortable with. It mattered to me that he and the company were local business owners and knew what they were doing. Once they begun, the workers were efficient and respectful of me and my property. They barley made any mess, worked in the hot sun, and took their time to make sure it was done correctly and to my liking. What impressed me the most was that AJ was here everyday several times a day to be sure things were being done correctly. He also helped me understand about different materials, and how they put the shingles on the roof. I am not an easy customer. AJ and his crew never seemed bothered by me and all my questions and changes. My roof looks AMAZING! I would recommend this company for so many reasons especially because they did everything I asked, made sure everything was clean and I was satisfied with the work. Springtree knows what they are doing, and is very honest in his pricing. They exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a great, trustworthy and honest company, choose Springtree Restoration. I will call on them for other work in the future as needed as well.

Springtree Roofing & Restoration recently replaced the roof on my home and did painting and other work as well. AJ Huckaby was the salesman. I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and answered the many questions I had. My home had defective shingles from a roof installed 5 years ago. This is a different process from an insurance claim. AJ was patient and worked with me while dealing with the claim from the roofing manufacturer. Shane Britain was the project manager on the work done at my home. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Shane kept me informed of the work schedule and any changes that needed to be made. He made sure the yard was kept clean and free of any nails. He also made sure I was pleased with all work done on my home and that it met their quality standards. My new roof looks amazing! Springtree also installed new gutters and painted the entire outside of the house. Springtrees Roberto did a wonderful job painting some crown molding and the ceiling inside the house. He was very careful not to bump anything while bringing ladders and tools inside the house. I was very pleased with the quality of his paint job. He also kept his work area clean. I would recommend Springtree Roofing & Restoration to anyone searching for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy company to work on your home. They make sure the home owner is happy upon completing the job

Working with Roy Rickard with Spring Tree restoration was a seemless experience. We were hit by the hail storms in Wylie this past spring, after the second storm hit Roy was at my house within an hour with his saw and plywood to help board up windows. He was busy helping evevryone in need on his own time away from his family. After midnight when all of our houses were border up (he was helping people who had other contractors signs in their yard as well) he left to go help other families in the area. People like Roy is what makes a business special he is a true servant.

We recently had Springtree replace the roof on our preschool. They did an amazing job. I was very particular and upfront about my concern with nails and debris potentially being left on the playground. They were very diligent in their clean up of the site. The owner came out and walked the grounds personally with me to make sure everything was cleaned up. We didnt find a single nail. Springtree Roofing and Restoration did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters after the April 2016 Hail Storms. Mark was our salesman and was really patient in explaining the whole insurance process which was difficult to understand. He brought samples of the roof and gutter colors and took a lot of time helping us pick the right colors for our home. We highly recommend Springtree Roofing and would use them again!

I will recommend this company to anyone. They went above and beyond in quality of workmanship and people. I required new roof on home, patio ceiling repair; and new panels as well as replacing all molded insulation in our two bay shop out back.
