We had some minor roof repairs that required immediate attention. Advantage came out, quoted a fair price and finished the job in 3 hours. Pros: Very good communication from beginning to end. Phil was personable, communicated plans well, used Facetime to talk and sent pictures of the repair as they removed the old and installed the new. I liked the level of attention, even to a job that was quite a bit smaller than their normal contracts. Cons: Re-scheduled twice which was somewhat frustrating. Phil did take time to come by and install a temp repair on the roof until the crew could complete the job. Id use Advantage again for future jobs. At the time of this post, the repair is performing well.

We had an awesome contractor, Phil, that literally came out to talk to me and sat with me on the driveway while my child was running around outside like a goon! We walked through what the process was for roof replacement. I loved that he came back while my INS was here as well to look through everything. He was very patient as we waited for our checks to come in and over all great attitude! They were super busy during this time of course, but he did the best he could! We havent had any problems with the work done and it was completed in a timely manner! Highly recommend them!

Phil was wonderful to work with! He was instrumental with the insurance settlement, utilizing a Great PA to assist me. The large working crews were perfect, on time and clearly experienced. They were efficient, cleaned the site every day and when the job was over the property was spotless and clean. New decking, felt, shingless, skylights, flashing, waterproof valleys, ridgeline venting. All perfect. Phil came back twice after the job to review the site and confirm my satisfaction. Highly recommend this person and Advantage. Thanks guys

Outstanding service ! Advantage Roofing was at our home right after the hail storm and secured our roof and home from further damage. I dont know what we would have done without Phil and his team.
