If I seriously could give this post office 0 stars I would! First off I have been tracking a package via fedex that was sending me notifications then it transferred the package to the this sad excuse for a post office (this isnt the first bad experience I have had with them!" It was said to be delivered friday I call and a lady answers and tells me she it is out for delivery that day and that she would call me back if otherwise. No word from her. I recieved a notification again that saturday in the am that it was delivered and I ran straight to my mail box . No package. I call the post office again! Another man told me that they mistakengly scanned it was not delivered but out for delivery and would be delivered later that day. no package. Call monday. the same run around they would call me back and never did. Finally today I called and spoke to the "manager" who flat out told me they never had a package for me and pretty much could not help me. So how in the hell did you scan a package that you never had? And now its my problem and the company I bought the package from to figure it out? This place will definitely not be recieving my business anymore due to there lack of professionalism , common courtesy, and flat out there lack of training to do there job!

We ordered 15 pounds of Portuguese sausage from the east coast. We were going to have a Portuguese dinner for Thanksgiving dinner. Our package was sent 1st class and clearly marked in large print on the box "FOOD PRODUCTS" and "PERISHABLE". So the idiot at the Buda post office brings the package and doesnt even attempt to come to the door AND THROWS THE PACKAGE INTO THE DRIVEWAY ON THE GROUND! We had the living room curtains pulled back and were awaiting this delivery. Apparently the driver threw our package into the driveway when we momentarily left the living room. We did notice that all the neighbors dogs were in our yard by the fence and after the dog pack grew to 10 or so dogs I went out to investigate. I found my package of sausage ripped open and all the dogs enjoying my Thanksgiving dinner. $150 worth of sausage just thrown on the ground by this idiot. The post master at Buda just kind of laughed and said he would "look into it" .... Never heard from him again. I have NEVER seen a more incompetent post master in my life. The people inside the post office that work the counter are great but the delivery and management at this station really do s u c k!

The third time I tried to send a package to my son in LA, they sent it to Lacey, WA!!! No, I did not misprint the address or the zip code. LAs zip is 90027, and Lacey, WA was 98501 or something like that. Does that look the SAME to you? I realize the receipt had this printed on it, but, unless the clerk gave me the wrong receipt, it was sent to the wrong address. The address was computer printed, so it was clear enough. I am very upset, especially since it was to arrive on Sept. 21 and the recipient in Washington apparently decided to keep the package rather than report the mistake. That just makes me more angry. This type of mistake is just absolutely not acceptable. I am asking for a refund of the postage ($10.55) and the total amount of the insurance on the parcel post package ($50.00). No thank you. I believe I will use UPS next time. The person who should have received it is also very disappointed. I dont think this has ever happened to me before with the USPS, after 68 years! Bad show, guys. Bad show. Make it right. Thats your job now.

Cant say enough how awful this post office is, 4th time now Ive had a package marked as delivered that I did not receive and had to contact Amazon. They mark it as delivered at our house but I never receive. Post office is impossible to get through to, they dont answer their phones. Another time they delivered an activity table for my children and threw it in the driveway instead of placing on my covered porch or anywhere in my covered car port, I was at work so the package got poured on all day!!! By the time I got home the box was falling apart and the table was damaged. Had to go through Amazon for a replacement. They have also left our mailbox open during rainy days so our mail gets soaked. This is getting ridiculous. Ive had UPS and FedEx deliver here and never had these kind of issues with them.

Three out of three packages misdelivered? Update: apparently a substitute carrier made some mistakes and theyre trying to track down the missing packages. Never had a problem before now, so Im confident theyll do everything they can. Everyone makes mistakes. Update 2: Packages found! They were in the mailbox all along. The key mistakenly wasnt left in my mailbox, and when they figured that then got an extra key and everything was fine.

Ive always had good service with them, and they have been accommodating to my needs. Reasonably flexible for a US post office. Im sure everyone has complaints about mail at some point, but really the people are nice, accommodating, and in my experience they genuinely are helpful within the bounds that they are allowed to be.

i have packages delivered by USPS almost weekly. they have forgotten to deliver my packages several times claiming that my package fell in the back of the van and didnt see but want me to go pick it up from the post office. its starting to get ridiculous

Try calling and see how long it takes to get through - if at all. Six consecutive attempts, so far... Dont send me a letter asking me to call if no one there isnt going to answer! So frustrating!
