I have had it with this place! They refuse to leave my packages in my box, even when it is empty. I filled out the form to have my packages left at my residence, that is within 100 feet of my mailbox, with the directions to leave the items under the carport. They refused to leave it, again. I called and scheduled a redelivery with the same instructions, and they told me they didnt know where the house was. So I attached a sticky to the redelivery notice with directions saying "look left, yellow house. Only one with carport", so they decided to throw my package, a school book, in my yard after weve had 6" of rain AND I have big dogs that pissed all over the box! I am furious!!!! Read the instructions!!!! Why must everything be so difficult?! Best part, read the directions that werent shredded from my package...

WELL THEY LEFT A NOTE SAYING THEY MISSED ME AND COULD NOT DELIVER MY LETTER BUT THEY NEVER EVEN CAME TO THE HOUSE. I CALL THE NUMBER ON THE NOTICE and it sounds like a fax number. I look for the post office and they are closed today. Why bother to get mail if they refuse to deliver it? UPDATE: NOW THEY LEFT A NOTE TO PICK UP ANOTHER PACKAGE BUT THEY CANNOT FIND THE PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE. SOME ASIAN WOMAN GAVE ME ENDLESS BULLSHIT RUNAROUND EXCUSES, SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID, AND NO RECORD OF THE ARTICLE NUMBER EXISTS!

Terrible service! Packages delivered are damaged or not delivered at all. I had to call this post office several times, to which they blame it "misfiling" my orders and the woman I spoke to was rude. My two orders have been there since Thursday night, but nothing was done to make sure theyd be delivered. I explained these were gifts that needed to be delivered asap, but she just said theyd go out tomorrow. Lets see if they do. Worst post office Ive ever had to deal with.

The folks in the office are very pleasant to your face but they can never seem to get my packages to me and insist on sending them back to the sender. They are great people to deal with except we shouldnt have to so often.

Love the old time country feel of thos PO. They close an hr for lunch at noon so only the po boxes are available then. The postal carriers and po staff are very professional, accomodating and friendly.
