I wish I could rate this place one tenth of a star. Since moving here in October, I have had 5 pieces of mail that I know of not delivered to me. The most recent-my marriage certificate. I should have begged the courthouse to not send it here, but since I personally addressed the envelope, would have thought that should overcome any of the apparent ignorance of this place. Unfortunately, it has not. It was mailed over three weeks ago and still has not made it to me. In December, my sister mailed 4 cards, birthday and Christmas to me. I never received them. She never had them returned although a package she sent to me in December as well was. When I asked about this the woman just matter of factly told me they have probably been shredded. When I asked why this was and why they were not at least delivered back to sender she told me something like they cant keep all the undelivered mail lying around. I told her a good solution to that would be to actually deliver the mail properly. A couple of months ago I mailed two things I had sold on ebay. I mixed the address of one up and had to issue a recall. It is completely my fault I addressed it wrong, but it took me over one month to get it back. I called the post office in which it was and had them hold it, but in order for them to send it over they needed a form from the post office in which it left. I had to go there 5 times. The first time I was told that had never happened in that post office before and I would need to call the 1800 ask usps number. I did. They told me to fill out the form at the post office. The next day I return. Woman comes back and told me she found the folder where those forms should be, but there were no forms in it. The third time my brother in law goes and the people get into an argument with him. He has it on video and Ill repost here when he uploads it to youtube. The fourth time I return and bring the form I found online and printed. I asked the man if everything there was correct and he assured me everything was fine. Three days later I receive in the mail my form with a note they could not deliver it because they did not have the post offices fax number to which I was having my mail returned. I had had it by this time. The people at the post office in the other city were very helpful and told me all the people here had to do was print out the form on the computer that every postal employee upfront has access to. I returned to this post office and asked for a supervisor yet again since my last attempts were unsuccessful. I asked for a supervisor multiple times but never saw one once. The post office in the other city had compassion for me since I was on the phone with them for over a month and faxed them the form. They sent me my package. There is one nice man upfront-of Latino descent and one in the back who is Latino also who is nice. Other than that, these people are incompetent, rude, and they simply do not care. I want my marriage certificate and my 4 cards!!!!

We have one super friendly mail carrier, but one that is just completely inept. I had a package filled with personal items sent from England in March, I was home when my tracking updated to say a delivery attempt had been made and a notice had been left on my door. There was no notice. I went to pick it up the next morning and nobody could find it. Two hours later tracking told me it had been returned to the sender. Two weeks later it was received back in England in a complete mess. I never got an apology from the post office and I filed a complaint. Next thing I know Im receiving packages, late, that have very obviously and intentionally been damaged, like these two thick, wooden, custom coasters that had been snapped in half. Our whole neighborhood has been having constant issues with late mail, missing packages, or being told an "attempted delivery" was made when theyve been home all day and nobody ever came to their door. I constantly get other peoples mail too. As a result of all the constant issues I didnt get my property appraisal document until it was too late to file my protest, so I filed a Late Protest appeal and was subsequently asked for documentation of the mail issues from the post office. An employee I spoke to was super helpful and said that would be no problem. Five days later I had still not receive the documentation so I called and a supervisor (Jeff) answered. He said that there were complaints from my area about the mail but such documents didnt exist, that they would not ever send me that kind of thing and wouldnt be willing to write a letter to simply say there have been issues with our mail under any circumstance. He refused to give his last name and hung up very rudely. I opened up a case with USPS who told me I should have received a resolution over my returned package in March and should have ALSO been sent the document I needed. The next day I miraculously received the documents that apparently "dont exist" and "would never be sent out" about the mail issues. I hate this post office, the issues are non-stop. Sometimes I get cards in my mail slot saying they tried to deliver something and I need to go pick it up, then when I get there its just a letter from my HOA talking about town meetings or some spam mail. Theres absolutely no reason that kind of thing couldnt be put in my mail box and I should have to drive 20 minutes and wait in line for 45 minutes just to collect it, and theres absolutely no reason packages should take so long to be delivered when theyve been sat at the post office for days.

2nd package they lost, the first one says delivered to my doorstep while I was home but I never saw the package. Luckily Amazon resent the package. this time they said they delivered to a parcel locker but I didnt have a key in my mailbox. I asked the mail carrier the next day and he just gave me attitude but called his supervisor and told me hed call me the next day, Saturday. Monday after still no call I went online to the USPS and sent a message through their online system, that same day I had a call from someone at the post office saying they received my email and were sending the carrier out to check the lockers and look for my package and theyd call me back. By Wednesday still no call and no package, I received an email requesting a survey from the USPS and I gave them my low scores on everything because of how rude the carrier was and how the supervisor never called me, and especially how nobody answers the phone at this Post Office. Thursday the same lady from Monday called me again ( her messages were very courteous) and said they found my package, they supposedly had sent the courier out and he brought it back to the post office and put it on her desk and it had been there but she had been off until today, Friday. I appreciate the call back and that they found my package, but it is very weird since the day before, Thursday, because I was expecting ANOTHER package I went to the mail boxes when I saw the mail carrier there and he remembered me because he immediately asked what was my last name again.. he hands me my new package and I said did you guys ever find my other one from last week? He said no and Ill be very honest with you, were getting about 20,000 packages a week and since yours says delivered its low priority. I said so is that it? He shrugged his shoulders and said unless you got insurance. Then says " I told my supervisor and gave him all your info".. I said yeah but the only way I got a call back was when I made a complaint on the USPS website.. he shrugged his shoulders again and said thats up to you.
