I have had multiple problems with them. They have lost two packages, one costing me $270 that while insured wasnt covered because they never scanned at their location. Then they handled my passport application. They assured me I didnt need to get it expedited, I did anyways, luckily, or I wouldnt be going on my trip. The woman who did it sent them the wrong one of my birthcirtificates. I then had to pay to get the right one expidided shipping all to fix their mistake. I said something about it, nicely suggesting the right thing to do would be to pay for it since she admitted it was her mistake and she straight up ignored me and just goes "go ahead and swipe your card now maam. Hate for you to miss your trip."

The rudest Front desk lady ever! I think her name is Grace. Anyway I was in a situation I had never been in, and I had a simple question. She was totally rude and treated me like dirt because I wasnt sure what to do (missed a delivery and they didnt leave a slip by my door).... I understand everyone has bad days. I work in customer service and I know its not always easy dealing with people... But its literally her job, and she failed miserably! I would like to add that I was super friendly, greeted her with a big smile and asked how she was doing, and she still treated me like I was the scum of the earth. I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS.

I have lived here for 8+ years and mailed hundreds of packages through this Post Office! I totally praise the staff ,they are very curteous and very prompt even during the Christmas Rush they get people in and out in a hurry so we dont have to stand in long lines unlike a whole lot of other Post Offices I have used in my travels! Yes, I have had a 1/2 dozen packages not make it to their destination only to find out over time that Everyone of those lost packages were lost or damaged at the Atlanta Hub.... Go Figure! These people at This Post Office work hard! Thanks for the great job!

I wrote a very lengthy description explaining my rating, but I deleted it because I didnt want to be one of "Those" people. Instead, Ill just say, I wasnt happy recently with the way they took care of getting my packages to me even though they were in the Building. I dont pay for a P.O box so I have to check it every day. If I get an email stating I have my package ready, then I expect it to be ready. Reguardless, its the holidays. Hopefully this gets resolved sooner.

They failed to deliver a package due to wrong address. I called the next day to confirm the correct address and even gave them additional details on my building. They still didnt deliver the package. They couldnt do anything about it. They sent the package back to the sender. The call center was rude and no help in solving the situation.

We filed a request to have our mail forwarded during the summer, but numerous letters have not been forwarded. Instead, they have been returned to the sender or lost. Very frustrating. You would think that a simple request to forward mail to another address could be followed.

These are the laziest and rudest people ever. They do not care about you, the mail, or their jobs. Apparently 15 minutes before closing time is the new closing time. Dont try calling them. The line will be "busy." There needs to be a huge change here soon. Worst business ever.

Im in the post office a few times a week shipping packages all over the world. Ive had nothing but great customer service from the front counter ladies. Its not an easy job dealing with pissed off people all day every day. Want great customer service, be a great customer!
