I do not trust these people. The first time I went to this location I dropped off a Priority Mail package. I handed it to the clerk who scanned it in. When I checked delivery 3 days later the log showed that the package had just left the location. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days! Instead, they were so lazy it took three days to get a 2 lb box on a truck. Today only the third time Ive been there I discovered that they dont even know the rules for Priority Mail. I brought in boxes marked Priority Mail with postage for Priority Mail. They wouldnt accept them. Said I paid the wrong amount because the boxes were marked "regional" and that regional boxes cant be shipped out of the region. (Although marked Regional the label also says for international shipping.) I used dimensions and weight to buy the postage online. I called the USPS 1800 number and talked with them and USPS gave me the answer: mark out the class of box before dropping it off. Can you picture this? This location is refusing me because they wont let me borrow a marker. Seriously how lazy is that? And to make sure I had to leave their location they marked all over the printed postage!

I called this post office after the website told me it was mine. I was asking if my boyfriends and Mines mail was there since our apartments are having issues with the mail service and everyones mail is being held. A man answered the phone, did not give name and proceeded to be extremely rude. I asked if he had mail for either us giving him our names. Without a missing a beat he says no. I kind of laugh at how flat he said it and I inform him its obvious he didnt look. He then asks my address. Before I can finish he laughs and goes no, then hangs up. No wonder usps is a joke.

I was searching for post offices near the La Cantera area and they all had very low ratings except for this one out towards Helotes. It was extremely busy there and the lines were moving at a decent pace. The post master was there on his day off assisting people at the do it yourself shipping machine to help cut down the long lines. He assisted me in shipping my two packages out in less than two minutes. Great customer service at this location. I will be going back to this post office for all my shipping needs!

Very poor service. I had several of my partial packages and my mail delivered to the wrong person. They have not done anything about it. I am missing several bills that I didnt receive in our past due. This is getting really bad. And no I did not receive my child support check that with no back in February on the 27th! Two days ago my neighbor got my mail. Their phone is always busy. Im going to report them.

I hate this USPS. The staff isnt helpful at all. They dont explain anything to you. They expect you to know everything when you walk in the door. Then they treat you like an idiot when they have to answer a question. Its not like the one off on Encio. The staff there smiles and they treat everyone kindly. Hey offer help suggestions and are very patient with people that dont know what they are doing.

Alvaro is very rude. The rest of the staff is nice. He always seems bothered by the smallest request or question. Facility is A bit dirty . The rest of staff is great here though just that one individual who either needs retraining on customer service or just a break. Other customers were discussing this while in line as we observed

Make sure you bring a non photo ID because two photo ID isnt enough proof that you are who you say you are. You must bring a piece of paper that says you live where you say you live because the two state issue/govt issued ID doesnt comply with our "paperwork". 2016 baby, get with the times. Other than that, great staff.

Had a prepaid label but was told they couldnt tape the box and Id have to buy some instead. Really? Ups and FedEx do it with no problem. The location on bandera and huebner does it as well. Also, the gentleman behind the counter was very short when responding to me. Will avoid this location on the future

After standing in line for 30 mins because they are improperly staffed for a Saturday, I was told I was in the wrong line to mail a package (I thought this was the post office). Work flow designed to maximize inneficency & wait times.
