I never get packages delivered like I am supposed to. Sometimes i call and the reason they tell me is a good reason (like it is raining). I have had; however, boxes left in a trash bag before so it seems it is really up to the discretion of the carrier. I signed forms stating it is OK to leave them when I moved it because they could not give me a box with the rest of the neighbors and I have to get my mail from a separate box at the road (the hwy). I just moved here a year ago so I am not familiar with the area and when I tried to go pick up the packages on several occasions on Saturday it is always closed. Apparently that is only available from 9-10. Which I guess I should have known as the hours are not marked on the notice. When I have called I am spoken to like I am an idiot and my needs are not important and I am just a nuisance. Seems like if they are tired of hearing about it we need to solve the problem.

Very short and snippy over the phone. Would much rather use UPS or FedEx, but sometimes shipping method isnt a choice when ordering things so unfortunately I still have to use them. Oh and if my route driver sees this, please learn the difference between twos and fives...

Worst post office Ive ever encountered. Unhelpful, snippy, and very limited hours. No kiosk to mail packages yourself, so lines are VERY long. Expect to wait a long time when picking up packages.
