I have sent out a letter 4 times to a valid address that receives mail all the time and the post office keeps sending the letter back stating its not a valid address. Ive called them and they told me they rectified the situation (supposedly there was no name in the mailbox- funny, because all of his other mail was delivered) and he told me to send it out again. Sent it out again. Got it back today. Its really on the mail carrier, though. He or she needs to do their job. And correctly.

i wish i could put negative 10 stars. This been the worst post office i ever dealt with. Everybody is rude and not helpful. They hang up on you. And i have a very hard time getting my packages delivered. Also had packages lost and delivered to wrong apt complex. Someone needs to get this post office in order or close it down completely. What happend to standards????? This post office has none. Just awful

I have had issues with some of my packages and have had to pick them up at this location. I always received nice customer service but I wish there was at least a lobby area to stand or sit in while youre waiting from them to find your package. The last time, I had to stand outside and wait. Also, I wish someone would be there to answer the phone during the day, its hit or miss sometimes.

Just got off the phone with a man named Connor from here. Not only was he talking to his coworker while I was trying to explain my problem, then asking me to repeat myself multiple times, he continued to cut me off and interrupt me and then hung up on me in the middle of my question. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst post office or any of its affiliates that I have ever had to deal with. They have not been delivering my mail for almost 3 months now and no one ever answers the door or the phone for answers to any questions. They need to get this station in order

No notice left on door or in mailbox, no other attempts to retry to get your mail to you, they just send it bavk to sender.. this post office really needs professional help.. it sucks

Arrived at 11:40 and place was closed. There was already a line of people waiting but for some reason doors were locked?

Closed. You can pick up packages there by ringing a doorbell and there are mailboxes outside but the lobby is closed.
