HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 1 attempt to deliver package before making us pick up at post office AND there was a release on it but the delivery guy was too lazy to get out of his truck. Went on USPS website (same day of attempt) to schedule re-delivery, even after getting the confirmation it would be delivered, it never was. Tried calling the post office numerous time during regular business hours and recording comes on to call back during regular business hours. Package was for my daughters birthday party and we even paid extra to have expedited.

Ive tried calling their office twice with the same recording stating that theyre closed. When its an hour before their posted closing time! Went into the office to look for a package thats under my name and not the address due to complications at the post office, and the clerk simply said "Nope its not here" without looking further into where it was. The online records show that they have the package but I guess the clerk knows more then what the system does....

Issue after issue! Packages are REGULARLY delivered to wrong address in same subdivision. Call time every time is over an hour wait even at 9:01am. Not happy Ive had to start changing delivery address to work in San Antonio.
